Wedding Cakes in West Sussex

The best cake ever. Nothing was too much trouble for Daisy and I cannot rate her highlight enough. As a very nervous Ceoliac I have always dreaded the idea of trusting someone else to make a cake that isn't going to make me poorly and on the most important day. From the first communications I felt instantly reasured, we tried samples to help re-assure me and no question was ever silly. We had the most BEAUTIFUL cake and had so many compliments and the best part was I could actually enjoy it anxiety free and no one even knew it was Gluten free!

From our first point of contact with Heidi she was very responsive to our enquiry and incredibly professional and easy to chat with. We talked through our cake ideas, ordered some delicious samples and then had a video call to finalise the design. Heidi then proceeded to replicate our vision, and we were blown away by how it looked and tasted! Would highly recommend Heidi, she is the best!

Jay is so lovley and talented! Her cakes taste and look AMAZING!! We had so many compliments regarding the cakes made for our wedding. Don't hesitate to book Jay, do it you won't be disappointed!

Alice was amazing at every stage, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only did our main cake look and taste incredible, but we also requested a tray-bake without egg or milk, and she somehow made it so people could not taste the difference!

Emily is hands down the best baker you can get for your wedding cake. The whole ordering process is seamless and the tasting box is a wonderful treat! We ordered a 3 tier cake with 2 layers being chocolate kinder bueno flavour and one tier Victoria sponge. It was so delicious and looked just as good as it tasted.

We hired Carrie to make our wedding cake back in October. Carrie was absolutely amazing through the whole process. We went over to her studio to talk through the design, discussing our theme, colours and everything else planned for the wedding which she then took to draw some designs for the cake while we were there. The end result looked just like her design, it was so pretty! It also tasted absolutely amazing! Carrie made the whole process super smooth and made our planning a lot calmer. Couldn't recommend higher!

Erin at Birch House Bakery is fantastic. When we first met Erin for a consultation we had a rough idea of what we wanted our wedding cake to look like and she took our ideas and delivered an incredible cake on the day. Her cakes are delicious, especially the carrot cake and spiced ginger & white chocolate cake, we had many compliments from our guests about the flavours. Fantastic service and the most amazing Croquembouch for a Diamond Wedding Anniversary party. The flavour was amazing. Jen made the whole experience from ordering to delivery so easy. I would highly recommend anyone to her to our friends and family.
