Welcome to Wonderland Bakehouse, a home bakery based in Ipswich, Suffolk, where every order is a delightful wonder. My name is Nadiia, a pastry chef from Ukraine with extensive knowledge and skills to create your dream wedding cake. For many years, I have studied the art of pastry to present the world with a menu refined over time, filled with a variety of fillings and decoration techniques. Additionally, I have spent years learning modern cake art, attending numerous courses and masterclasses from renowned pastry chefs around the world.
I specialize in custom cakes with unique flavor combinations, baking in the finest traditions of European and global pastry arts. My menu includes around 20 types of fillings to suit any taste, and the decoration techniques I use are aimed at creating unique designs with textured finishes, color play, and aesthetic edible decorations.
At Wonderland, you can order:

The core of my menu consists of sponge cakes with various classic fillings such as double chocolate, red velvet, vanilla and berries, black forest, and others. Additionally, for gourmets, there are unusual combinations available: spinach sponge with kiwi and lemon curd, coconut sponge with raspberry filling, lemon and blueberry, pistachio and raspberry, and more.
In addition to sponge cakes, multi-layered fillings are available, such as Napoleon cake, classic honey cake, and honey cake with berry fillings, Spartak cake, and others.
Reach out, and together, we will create an unforgettable cake that will impress your guests with both beauty and taste. The flavor and quality of the cake are always my top priorities.
In decoration, I use techniques with ganache, buttercream, and fondant. I personally create edible wedding floristry and have food printing capabilities.
Once a month, sample boxes with five trending fillings are available for order.
I work only with high-quality ingredients: the finest Belgian chocolate, certified eggs and flour, and the freshest cheeses and creams.
My kitchen is certified to the highest standard, receiving top marks from local authorities. Additionally, I hold all necessary food safety certificates for catering, including those for allergens and intolerances.
