Gail's Cake Pantry are a wedding cake specialist based in Erwood, on the banks of the river wye close to Brecon Beacons and the market town of Hay on wye, Powys/Herefordshire border.

The artist behind these sugary masterpieces is Gail Jackson she grew up surrounded by family members who were all involved in the baking industry. This inspired her to specialise in creating mouth-watering traditional and novelty cakes for weddings and other special occasions. She uses the finest local ingredients and designs each cake to reflect the personalities of her clients.

Your choice of delicate handmade sugar flowers, dried or fresh flowers can be used in the creation of your personalised cake. Each cake is handmade to order with large menu of delicious cake flavours, ensuring that your wedding cake is everything you ever imagined.
