I'm afraid we were a little disappointed with the service we received. We felt like for a luxury car hire we were expecting a little more than we got (maybe we were expecting too much) Firstly, the car didn't arrive in time for the groom and groomsmen to be driven to the church. 2 days before the wedding we were sent an invoice with the itinerary on, in the rush of getting things done - and with a lot to do 2 days prior - we didn't check it properly and the times were wrong. We had stated in a previous e-mail in the same thread the correct times but these weren't transferred across properly so I understand there's fault on both sides.

Secondly, we felt that a cardigan and trousers wasn't really the look that was stated on their website and that matched the cars and a wedding day style. We were told the driver had spilt coffee on his jacket that morning.

Thirdly, we had two cars and both drivers didn't know where they were going. They had their sat navs on their seats meaning they were looking down to navigate. It ended up the bride and mother of the bride directing them to the church. We were told they didn't know where they were going because of a road closure that day. We have lived in the area for 20 years and know the roads, and best way to go. They weren't going this way and there certainly wasn't a road closure that day as other family members had managed to travel there via this route.

The Bentley we hired was beautiful and was very clean and comfortable it was just such a shame the other parts of the hire were a bit of a let down.

I can't thank enough the team of Lux Wedding Car Hire. They really made our day special, very organized and the whole event run very smooth. The car was stunning - arrived on time and driver was charming, very polite and friendly.
Would certainly recommend and use them again.
