Rickerby Chauffeur Services is a multi award winning chauffeur service based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Serving Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham & Sunderland. We offer a professional chauffeur driven wedding car hire for all wedding transfers (A to B), Registrar Weddings, Civil Ceremonies and full Church Weddings. We have an executive fleet of luxury modern wedding cars from Mercedes Benz. Both saloon cars to carry up to 4 guests and a larger Mercedes Mpv to carry up to 6 or 7 guests. All chauffeurs are professional and smartly suited, Highly experienced and familiar with a vast road network so you can feel completely comfortable and at ease on your big day.

- Small coach /minibus hire up to 29 passengers

What is included in the wedding package?
We normally include 1 x pick up for bride and guest/father to wedding venue then 1 x trip to wedding reception. Bespoke packages are available to suit individual wedding plans
How far in advance should I contact you?
The earlier the better for booking your wedding cars. Each wedding couple have their own dream wedding day with budgets to suit. We offer a great wedding car service for all our clients

Champagne chauffeur service from £tbc, also choice of colour ribbons and bows and extra trips to venue at additional cost and discussed at the time of booking request

All major credit and debit cards, cash and direct bank transfer. We only require £50 per wedding car as non-refundable booking deposit. Balance due up to 1 x month before actual wedding date

Great service
Very professional service and the drivers were so friendly and courteous. I travelled with my dad and the rest of the bridal party had a six seater which were both clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend this service

Excellent professional & friendly service
I just want to say a big thank you to Rickerby Wedding Cars for the wonderful service they provided on our wedding day. We were worried about the logistics of hoping from one location to another given we had some tight time constraints getting from the Registry Office to the Wedding Reception during rush hour, manoeuvring the wedding party & elderly parents with wheelchairs/zimmer frames. I am so glad we contacted Rickerby Cars because they totally took the stress out of the occasion, James the manager really took on board all our requirements and we booked the Mercedes Benz S-Class saloon and the Mercedes Benz V-Class Mpv for our wedding day. The cars arrived on time, were spotlessly clean and dressed with ribbons for the occasion and looked really smart. I would like to thank Barry and Paul two wonderful chauffeurs who were really charming and friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand throughout. It was one less thing for us to worry about and I was so impressed with there professionalism, I would highly recommend Rickerby Wedding Cars.
