I'm Amber, a qualified Patisserie and Confectionary chef and the one-woman show behind Amber Cake Design.

My passions are perfect buttercream, weather that be textured or as sharp as possible.

I specialise in sourcing the best flowers to complement your cake and wedding aesthetic.

All of my ingredients are organic, ethical and local where possible, I place a huge emphasis on flavour, not just the look of the cake - gone are the days of a bland, dry vanilla sponge.

I deliver all over Cornwall throughout every month of the year, I offer tasting boxes of my seasonal flavours by post or in person.
