Hello! I'm Alessandro, the proud owner of "Honey," our vintage 1972 Citroen street van where we serve freshly made Neapolitan-style pizzas. As a Pizza Chef since 2011, I've travelled the world, serving my delicious pizzas in cities like Rome, New York, Qatar, Tokyo, and Manchester, where I was honoured with an award for the best casual dining experience. Certified by the AOCRI as a chef who deeply respects and values the history of pizza, I now call London home, where I've opened my own business. We specialize in catering pizza for birthday parties, street parties, charity and corporate events, and I must say, I love every minute of it. I thrive on meeting new people and exploring new places. Our two distinct menus are what sets us apart, "Honey" and I. The Classic menu caters to everyone's tastes, offering one pizza per person. Meanwhile, our Prime Gourmet Menu is for those seeking a special treat, featuring one gourmet pizza per person paired with our homemade Tiramisù. Thank you for taking the time to read about us.
