Have you been to a wedding when the food looks all fancy, but in reality you are left feeling rather hungry at the end of the meal! Or have you finally been served your food, only to find, at best, that your food is warm and not hot? Or worse still, the top table have finished their food and the last table of guests are only just getting theirs!!!

Well we are the masters of serving amazingly tasty and hot food, with generously served portions that will fill the hungriest of guests and in a speedy, professional manner! Not only that, but we always ensure that at least half of your guests can come back for even more if they can possibly manage it! You only have to read all the numerous 5 star reviews!

Quite simply, we prefer to take less time on fancy irrelevant plate decor and, instead, concentrate on making each course taste and look exceptional, but also be substantial, without all the faff, so your guests will love how our individual courses are plated (please take a look at our numerous photos), but they will also love the fact that they will be left full and content at the end of the wedding breakfast. Proper wholesome, hearty food!

RELAXED DINING SERVICE - Table service at a buffet price, please read on....

We used to call it ‘Buffet service’, but it really isn’t fair to label it as buffet service....its almost Table or Plated service but without the label... we still mingle amongst your guests serving the canapes directly to them, we still place the starter (if chosen) directly in the middle of the guest tables, and we still place desserts (if chosen) in the middle of the guest tables, the only difference is that your guests come to us to choose their main course and we save you some serious money. Let me briefly mention the benefits of our 'relaxed dining service', which I hope will encourage you to consider, where you may otherwise be thinking of table/plated service.

We will still set the cutlery, crockery and our napkins at every guest individual place setting before your wedding, unless you prefer us to have the cutlery, crockery or both, by the side of our huge paellas (pans) - entirely up to you!

Firstly, speed of service is not compromised at all, so don’t think that service would be slow, because it quite simply isn’t, you only have to read some of the many reviews (for example: we can serve 80 guests in just 7 minutes!), secondly this option saves you quite a bit of money, but most importantly, this option creates an atmosphere for every guest to remember! Not forgetting that they can have a little of each of the choices in front of them (and at least half do!) when they come to us, something not possible with plated/table service, as we would otherwise need choices in advance

Our main courses are designed to quite literally feed the mind, to tantalise the taste buds, and to tease the ears with the sizzling ingredients.... watching them being created in front of your guests very eyes in our huge 1 metre wide pans, chatting to us as we create, and then deciding from up to 4 different options in front of them! Every one filling the room with the aromas, this is the way to enjoy the main course, and guests love it!

We can also provide our dedicated 'drinks team' who will ensure your table drinks are topped up, toast drinks are served, throughout your wedding breakfast too (see brochure for details) and even run a bar for you!

• NEXT DAY BRUNCH! What a night! What memories! What's for breakfast? We can take care of the next morning brunch, with a selection of pastries, juices, hot drinks, and of course a well filled breakfast bap with all your favourite ingredients in! For a minimum of 30 guests, we will take care of your hangover cure, whilst you all catch up on the night before!

Finally, and possibly the most important part, we are a FAMILY run business, myself and my wife Debbie started Buen Apetito in 2011, with our daughter Natasha as Front of House, supported by our other daughter Dina, then Zeus (son-in-law) and Johnny (also son-in-law) are the creators of the delights that you and your guests will be enjoying on the day!
