My background is mainly in luxury hotels, most of which are five-star Relais and Chateaux properties around the UK, so you can believe my attention to detail is pin-sharp. I worked my way up the ladder to be a senior sous chef in a two-Michelin-starred restaurant for three years, so you can rest assured that I also understand food and service!
Along with my professional team, I have years of experience in the hospitality sector. Over the years of running my business, I have built partnerships with many like-minded, passionate suppliers. We can guide you to marquee companies, singers, wedding planners, bands, and photographers, to name a few. We have crossed so many paths over the years and kept details of the suppliers who have impressed us.

I have a little funny story to leave you with: when I set up my business for the first couple of years, I always turned weddings away and always said I would never do weddings. Fast forward to today, and I am actively looking for and enjoying them. I think it's down to the fact that I am a very organised person with a little OCD streak, and there is so much organising and cogs to a wedding it has me thinking. Each one is unique, and every couple has different ideas of how their perfect day should look. I thrive with the challenge.
