Grace and the Top Table Team did the catering for our November wedding at Hanbury Barns this year. In the run-up to the wedding and on the day itself, nothing was too much trouble, they were happy to answer all our questions, and everyone was ready to help. The team were so friendly and made us and our guests all feel at ease - they also worked seamlessly with the venue team and our suppliers.

Grace (who was leading the day) was so kind and helpful, always smiling, and was such a happy presence. She also captured some behind the scenes content for us which was completely unexpected but so lovely to look back on while we're waiting for our professional photos!

We had so many compliments on the food, particularly for those with dietary requirements or allergen requests - this was all handled really effectively and safely, too. Service was quick and seamless and always with a smile.

Top Table provided the catering and wedding coordination for our wedding at Sandhole Oak Barn. The whole team were amazing and so helpful in the run up and on the day of our wedding! The food was incredible - so many of our guests have since said that it was "the best food they have had at a wedding"! As a coeliac bride, having a fully gluten free menu was important to me and they beyond delivered - every single thing was made gluten free with no compromises. I can’t thank Top Table enough; from the moment we confirmed our wedding at Sandhole Oak Barn they were outstanding offering continuous support and answers to any queries we had in the months leading up to our wedding.

I dropped some of the items off I had made or collected the day prior to our wedding and Grace was amazing in helping me set the room up, she also set-up the final touches to the room on the morning of and thanks to her the room looked so beautiful.

Our wedding day was the 27th September and we had Jane and Grace run our day and I can say they were both nothing short of incredible, both were in contact with us days prior to make sure we had everything we needed and on the day were constantly on hand to make sure everything ran seamlessly.

The day was nothing short of perfect and that is massively down to Grace and Jane, ensuring the day ran effortlessly, Grace was so attentive making sure throughout the day I had everything I needed, her attention to detail doesn’t go unmissed even small things such as fluffing my dress at the end of the aisle which made the photos captured by our photographer unbelievable. She was an angel all day and anyone who is lucky enough to have these two ladies run their wedding will not be disappointed.
We have had several guests comment on how good the food tasted and how it was beautifully presented, me and Lewis both thoroughly enjoyed all our food throughout the day, the canapes were perfect with our ceremony being at 2pm as it allowed guests to have something before sitting down for our wedding breakfast later in the day!

Also want to give a huge shout out also to all kitchen staff especially Paul and Bryn the chefs on the day as all our guests said how incredible the food was and how beautifully it was presented.

All the staff were incredible, Paige, Jo and Ally also who served our evening food as well I cannot thank you all enough.

We had Top Table for our marquee wedding in September 24 and had a Host the Roast. It was incredibly delicious and perfectly cooked and our guests enjoyed it immensely. Great from start to finish, everything was great!! Canapes were gorgeous, staff were on hand for everything from the moment they arrived until the moment they left.

All the staff at Top table are incredible. They work tirelessly to ensure your day runs smoothly and pay great attention to detail. From the food tasting all the way through to on the day itself topping up your champagne when you are running low (even if you hadn't noticed) the work they all put in was amazing. The food provided was delicious. Many of our guests commented on how nice the food was and when we did our little rounds at the wedding breakfast I don't think we saw any plates with food left on them! The food was exceptional, all our guests said the food was amazing! Nothing was too much to ask in terms of adapting menus.

The team on the day were helpful and a fabulous part of our day! Particularly Yioda, who from our initial zoom meeting made us feel that everything was under control and well managed!

We got married almost two weeks ago and had Top Table as our caterers. The food was simply amazing, from the canapés to the wedding breakfast to the evening food. There's such a wide rang of choice and everything that we ate in the day was delicious. We did spend a good chunk of our budget on food but we would do it all over again.

Top Table really did help make our day perfect. From the venue decor to the food and communication it was all wonderful. We were so grateful to them for making the day go smoothly and couldn't have asked for it to be any better. We would 100% recommend them!

We met Top Table at The Oak Tree of Peover's Wedding Fayre and as soon as we were talking to them we got a lovely feel for the type of caterers they would be on our wedding day. They weren't pushy and trying to sell themselves, they just talked to us about our relationship and walked us through what type of food they can offer and how it would all work.

The communication from that day to the wedding day had all been really easy and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting session and were very impressed with the food on offer!

The form we had to fill in when we were confirming all the courses and timings was very detailed and being an organised person I found it very helpful to see they were confirming all the fine details meaning no stress for us on the big day.

The food on the wedding day was absolutely amazing and our guests never went hungry! We had canapes, a brie tart (starter) and chicken wrapped in parma ham/sundried tomato gnocchi (mains).

Top Table also did our evening food and we had decided to choose the BBQ option. This was such a good idea as after drinking and dancing everyone really enjoyed tucking into the burgers and hotdogs!

Top Table were our chosen caterers for our big day in April 2023 at the Oak Tree of Peover. The BEST decision we ever made, honestly! From the minute we contacted them, the service was incredible. From the free tasting session (where the food was so good that we booked them the same day), all the way up to the wedding, where they acted as our wedding coordinators. The food was out of this world, honestly the guests are still talking about it now. The service from the wait staff on the day was unmatched - so quick, efficient and friendly. Hannah, who was our wedding coordinator on the day, was absolutely brilliant! Constantly checking up and making sure we were okay and happy and things ran like clockwork! There was honestly nothing to worry or stress about, it was just PERFECT. Thank you all at Top Table who helped make this the best day of our lives!
