Hired for our wedding. Staff were absolutely incompetent. Food over an hour late with complete disregard to dietary requirements provided before the day with guests having to ask multiple times for different options.

Served champagne in wine glasses and wine in flutes. Told guests we ran out of welcome drinks when they hadn't checked the fridge which was completely full (and we told them beforehand that was where it was and that the small amount left out was for toasts only). Finally told us we should go to a corner shop to buy more before they eventually found it. Beforehand it was agreed they would top up drinks during cocktail hour but everyone had to queue for one very slow man to pour drinks.

All round very embarrassing.

We asked if we should hire a wedding coordinator but Colin promised to be there on the day and make sure it ran smoothly. He was no where to be seen on the day or day after for clear up. We've sent multiple emails /messages since the day and Colin has fobbed us off with various excuses saying he will come back to us before eventually just ignoring us. Our wedding was 6 months ago.

Completely different owners and management to when we booked and all of the positive reviews seem to relate to the previous team.
