We set up this business in 2021. We got booked to do a lot of festivals and weddings and absolutely loved it! So we work from a 3X3 gazebo with X2 Gozney Roccbox gas ovens cooking freshly made pizza right in front of you. The pizzas cook in 60 seconds in the Gozney Roccbox ovens. We make all the dough ourselves 24 hours beforehand to give it the best fermentation. We cater to all types of events, festivals, street food, weddings, birthdays, and more! We work with the client on what would work best for them. We do cater for vegetarians and vegans. We can work with the client regarding the menu and if they want things changed or added. We also do not need electricity.
