# "Our Guests Are STILL Talking About The Food!" When we got engaged, my partner and I made a pact: no boring chicken or beef at our wedding. Enter Fan Thai Sticks Catering, who turned our reception into what my cousin Derek now calls "that time I forgot I was at a wedding because I was too busy having a religious experience with a spring roll." From the first tasting session (where I may have "accidentally" stuffed extra dumplings in my purse for later), we knew these weren't your typical wedding caterers. Their team actually LAUGHED at our jokes and didn't flinch when my grandmother demanded to know if their curry was "authentic enough" (spoiler alert: she now wants them to cater her 80th birthday). On the big day, they transformed our venue into this amazing Thai street food festival. The presentation was so gorgeous that guests were taking more photos of the food than of us - slightly offensive, but fair enough. Their serving staff wore these subtle matching outfits that complemented our wedding colors without me even asking. Mind reader status: confirmed. The food itself? Let me put it this way: my college roommate, who normally eats like a bird, went back for THIRDS of their massaman curry. My new father-in-law, who once declared that "anything spicier than salt is too exotic," was spotted dipping extra pad thai into chili sauce when he thought no one was looking. And when my dress got a little tight after dinner (no regrets), their head chef quietly brought me a perfect little box of mango sticky rice "for later" with a wink. Unlike most wedding caterers who disappear faster than an open bar, Fan Thai Sticks stayed until the very end, packaging up leftovers for our after-party and sending us home with labeled containers for the next day. Fair warning though: if you hire Fan Thai Sticks, be prepared to never enjoy ordinary catering again. Also, at least five people will ask for their contact info during your reception, so just put their business cards in your centerpieces and save yourself the trouble.

Pete and The Simple Slice Pizza Co were phenomenal from start to finish! From our first interaction at the end of last year, Pete made us feel confident and excited about our wedding catering. When we met him for the pizza tasting, we were blown away, not just by the irresistible flavors of the pizzas, but also by Pete's expert guidance and warm honesty. We cannot express enough how amazing our experience was with Paul, Ria, and their team. From the very start, their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personalities made the planning process effortless and enjoyable. They worked with us to create a bespoke menu for our wedding day, and every step of the way, they exceeded our expectations. The presentation of the hog roast on the day was impeccable, and the food itself was beyond perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was and how beautifully it was presented. Paul, Ria, and their team truly went above and beyond to ensure our day was worry-free and absolutely perfect. We are so grateful for their incredible work and can’t recommend them highly enough. My fiancé is Italian and I come from England so we thought we would combine our two countries not by just marriage, but by cuisine. Our wedding venue in November was at a beautiful four star country wedding venue in Surrey. For our wedding meal we went full on traditional English cuisine, roast lamb etc etc. To accomodate our Italian evening theme the hotel allowed Matt and Lisa to bring Pizza 19 alongside the marquee for the evening function. To be honest our parents were surprised (if not slightly concerned) at our choice. Especially as my fiancé (now wife) Lilliana’s family are from Napoli. Matt and Lisa were made aware of the families Italian guests that come from the birthplace of pizza. Most caterers would run and hide from such a challenge, but not Pizza 19. They took an active (and welcome) part early in the planning stages and even suggested a change in their menus to cook some old traditional pizza recipes given to them by Lilliana’s Nonna (Grandmother). To say they had a tough crowd to please was an understatement. However, there were more people queuing to eat these culinary masterpieces then join the bride and groom on the dance floor for the first dance! The toastmaster had to remind guests that the food wood still be there after the song had finished. Matt and Lisa had everyone enchanted with their Pizzas, most of all my new Italian family from Napoli. They could not compliment them enough, so much so a highlight of the evening was seeing Liliana’s Nonna asking Matt for a dance, which he kindly obliged the 87 year old. If you are looking for something different, something a bit quirky and original, you would be hard pressed to find something better. Matt and Lisa were so helpful in the planning stages and on the evening keep supplying their amazing pizzas we were so happy we took that chance. Some people thought they were out of our ear shot and were heard commenting the pizzas were better than the 4 star venues food during the day! Hence why I have not mentioned the venue! I could only wish the venue was as reasonably priced as Pizza 19. So if you want reasonably priced high quality food, served by kind and wonderful people, take a punt on Pizza 19. We are so glad we did. The final words in this strong recommendation has to go to Lilliana’s Nonna ‘Bellissimo’!

We used Chew it Over for a grazing table and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. The table was presented beautifully and the look on our guest’s faces told us we’d made the right choice. There was something for every taste (and we had some real fuss pots!) The sheer volume of goodies was a sight to behold and our guests were talking about it for ages! I’m really hoping we have a reason to use Chew it Over again!

From the initial enquiry to the quick response due to another cancelling, to all the way through assisting us into the actual food ingredients to match our needs I couldn’t be more complementary in the professional level of service and quality foods we were served. Prompt and professional was Peter throughout. The whole day was planned and taken care of by the excellent service offered so didn’t have to worry about the catering side of the day. If you’re looking for a personal tailored service for your wedding with outstanding foods and I can’t emphasise more how tasty the food was, for your special day then I highly recommend Peter and his crew. Absolutely lovely to deal with this supplier from start to finish Laura has been very helpful. As well as quoting for the food requirements they are also usefully linked to banqueting hire and automatically quote up what they need including all tablecloths etc, you can then decide what you want to go ahead with etc. We also had a number of complicated dietary requirements but this was made simple and easy by Laura and our vegan guests in particular felt that they had been really well included and their food was made with love too. The price per head was very acceptable and the food was amazing! The staff were really accommodating in using all our vintage china and then kept coming round to top us all up with food and tea/coffee. So many of our guests have been raving about the sausage rolls and all the kids loved their afternoon teas as well, which is a challenge in itself! We found the staff on the day so professional and friendly, nice to chat to which just added to our relaxed atmosphere. We won't hesitate to use your services again! Thank you all

We cannot praise Spindle Catering in Tuddenham, Suffolk enough for the exceptional service, dedication, and absolutely delicious food they provided on our wedding day. From the moment we met with the Spindle Catering team, it was clear that they were dedicated to creating a menu that was perfectly tailored to our tastes and the theme of our wedding. Our guests were treated to a culinary delight, starting with Norfolk smoked salmon truffle bellinis and hand-raised beef crostini for the canapés. Victoria and the team were absolutely incredible. Canapés and pizzas were delicious and guests were absolutely raving about them all night. We had 75 guests and everyone was served so quickly - the pizzas were huge!! Victoria even made sure all pizzas not eaten were boxed up with some left specifically for myself and my partner to take back to our room! If your looking for a wedding supplier, look no further!
