Ed's Bander is a multi-award-winning, family-run banger business that caters to weddings in and around Portsmouth, England. This mobile eatery began in 2019 and quickly expanded to serve two of Hampshire's biggest festivals, Victorious and Wickham. This gave the team the skills and expertise to cater events of all sizes and styles. They have picked up local and national awards for their dishes, all of which are handmade by owner Ed.

For your wedding breakfast, Ed's Bangers provides their signature bangers inside a Yorkshire pudding wrap. These come with sides of different fries and delicious, homemade sauces and gravies. All ingredients are sourced locally and have no preservatives in them. Bangers and sauces are made to order with any flavours that you like, and can also as vegetarian and vegan.
