We were over the moon with the food epic produced at our wedding. The canapes and the three course meal. Every meal was exactly what we envisioned for our big day and all the guests said how amazing the food was and where did we find you!

They were such a great catering company to work with and a million percent picked the perfect caterers for the wedding and all the staff were so lovely to work with.

Epic caterers did an absolutely flawless job for our wedding. They took over the catering contract at our venue around 8 months before our wedding, which could have been a disaster but it turned out to be one of the best things to happen to our wedding!

The food on the day was exceptional, both in taste and presentation. All of the staff were fantastic, so attentive and conscientious, and we received a tonne of compliments from our guests after the wedding about the food and the service. We had quite a large proportion of guests with dietary requirements and they were all catered to with the utmost care and attention.

The food tasting was also a dream and shouldn't be skipped out on - we actually overhauled a lot of our menu based on what we tried at the tasting. The portions were plentiful (make sure you're hungry before you go!) and the tasting was an excellent representation of the food & service we received on our wedding day.

They're not the cheapest option but well worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Epic Caterers to anyone planning their wedding. (Shout out to the mini fish and chip canapes which will forever hold a place in my heart!)

We chose epic caterers a while back in readiness for our wedding at The Kingscote Barn.

They were absolutely amazing! They were really helpful when choosing our menu and accommodated for the allergies that we had.

Their food was superb and all our guests kept telling us how amazing the steak was from the epic BBQ platter that we chose (it really was amazing!!)

The other food were also so tasty! The salmon and chicken were cooked ro perfection! I cannot recommend this company enough. I really hope any future wedding I get invited to will have these guys as their caterer.

We chose EPIC after attending an open event at our wedding venue, The Kingscote Barn. The select available was fantastic and it all sounded incredible.

We attended a food tasting evening at our venue and enjoyed a taster menu. The food was beautiful in presentation and taste. We chose our wedding breakfast based on the taster menu and we are so happy with the choice we made.

We decided to use our wedding cake as the dessert and instead had canopies for our guests. The three canopies we chose were fantastic and we've had so many compliments and comments made on those.

The only tiny thing that we found was that our food (Bride and Groom) were placed on our table spaces when we were not around. However when asked to make sure our mains were not brought out until we were ready they made sure this was the case so our food was nice and hot.

Service and staff were friendly and the evening food was fantastic.

Epic caterers were exactly that - epic! My partner and I weren't sure what we wanted to eat on our big day - we are foodies, so choosing what to eat on such an important day was quite overwhelming! We talked with Carly at Epic and spoke to her about the kind of food we love and our budget, and she was able to create a brilliant menu. We went for the BBQ planks and they were incredible. There was plenty of food for all of our guests and it was cooked to perfection. The pork belly was especially good, and our guests raved about the food and service for weeks after the wedding.
Everything went so smoothly, and we couldn't be more grateful to the Epic team for creating such brilliant food on our perfect day!

We went for a tasting in Bristol before the wedding where we were given a number of food items to try. It was so filling and absolutely delicious! Then, on the wedding day, they did not disappoint. Epic came to our wedding venue, Kingscote Barn. The food was delicious and the staff were great!

We also love that we made special requests for drinks behind the bar which they were able to do for us.

Epic Caterers were amazing for the start! Great communication, great food! Nothing we asked for was an issue and the food tasted amazing. Would highly recommend as a supplier!

All our guests loved our wedding food supplied by EPIC! We had the sharing roasts and everyone loved the nominated carver and apron part of the dinner! Our starter was probably the nicest food I've ever eaten.

We really appreciated that we were able to taste the sharing plank for our taster, after realizing that the tasting session was a set menu. It was really great that we got to try the food that we had already chosen! But we also got to try a few extras that we never would have chosen (goats cheese tart and mini cheese toastie) - which were amazing!

We did our own cake and brownie table - EPIC were great with getting this set up!

Only downsides were that we requested to have signature cocktails and were told they couldn't do this, but I have seen other reviews saying they did get to do this, which is really disappointing.

On the day, myself and my husband had not really gotten any canapes because we were busy talking. So just before dinner we asked if there were any left. We were then quickly brought a whole board with a handful of each canape on it - which was great, but a shame we had to ask for it? Since the canapes time seemed to have ended, what would've happened to all of them if we hadn't asked for it?

Also, a few tables had a fair amount of meat left over, so we asked if we could keep it and we were told that would be absolutely fine and it would be left in the kitchen for us to pick up the next day. We were really excited and were going to share it with our nearest and dearest as there were at least half the tables with meat left. Unfortunately, the next day there was only one piece of meat left for us, so I am not sure where the rest of it went.

Only a few issues that absolutely did not take away from the rest of the day, but worth mentioning for other couples to be aware of!

All our guests commented on how good the food was, everything was perfect and we had alot of fun with our guests carving the meat at their tables. Great communication in the planning process would definitely recommend

We hired Epic Caterers for our wedding at Kingscote Barn in October 2022. They were fabulous. The food was stunning, and the service was great too. Helen, kept the dinner service running smoothly and was also good fun too. We had lots of feedback from our guests at how much they enjoyed our food. The food was also presented beautifully and looked very impressive, which gave a wow factor to our three-course meal.

Helen was also great at communicating via email and would see to any changes we wanted making before the big day.

Clever Chefs recently catered our wedding in South Wales and were fantastic.

The food was delicious and everything from portion sizes to presentation was perfect. The pizza in the evening was a huge hit with our guests!

They made is so easy to deal with any dietary requirements and last minute changes to guests, even adding an extra vegetarian meal 2 days before the wedding. Nicky, our Event Manager, was super friendly, helpful, quick to respond to any queries, and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. All the staff on the day were superb - we basically didn't need to think about the food once which is exactly what you want!

100% recommend to anyone looking for wedding caterers. :)

We used Cleverchefs for all of our catering at The Kingscote Barn for our wedding and it was a great choice. The food on our special day was actually better than what we'd sampled at the taster session and beautifully presented, better than in most restaurants in fact. The beef in particular was an outstanding main course, and all of our guests commented on how friendly the serving staff were and how delicious the wedding breakfast was. They also ran a free bar for us without issue and ensured that guests were well fed & watered thorughout the day including pizzas and burgers in the evening and some awesome canapes directly after our ceremony. They may not be cheap, but they are most definitely the best and highly recommended for any occasion your need catering for real foodies!
