Hot Sausage Company are a catering business located in Ipswich Suffolk. With over 30 years of experience to Our name, We bring classic street-style food to your wedding. Our mobile stand is ideal for celebrations in any location and serves delicious and traditional hot dogs to you and your guests.

Cuisine

The Hot Sausage Company offer a plethora of sausages ranging in flavour. These gourmet treats include the humble Traditional English Sausage sausage as well as Caribbean spice for those with a taste for flavoursome sausages that pack a punch or our more traditional Lincolnshire sausage. Freshly made, their cuisine can be made to meet strict dietary requirements without sacrificing on taste. This includes products that are vegan, vegetarian, gluten, and lactose-free. On the day of your wedding, we set up our beautiful mobile cart and get ready to serve a dazzling display of food. This particular set up is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxed dining experience that allows guests to mingle instead of being stuck on one table.

Professional, friendly and memorable

For our wedding we wanted both a quirky but classy food option for our guests. We decided to go for the sausage company and I’m so glad we did! The idea of having hot dogs felt unique and fitted really nicely into our festival themed wedding. But the stall itself was really pleasing to look at and looked amazing in all our wedding photos. Not to mention the sausages tasted amazing!!

We actually made a mistake with the initial order and I realised I didn’t order enough hot dogs for the evening guests. However the company were really great at communicating and very easy going, and fixed our order no problem at all. The staff were informative and accommodating on timings and positioning of the stall so that everything was stress free on the big day.

I would definitely recommend the sausage company if you want to put on some food for your guests a little out of the box but that also delivers on taste and quality!

Brilliant!

They catered my wedding in the evening and were absolutely fab. Friendly punctual and gave us all the left overs so nothing we paid for was wasted. Couldn't recommend more!

Great food and lovely staff!

We had the Hot Sausage Co provide evening food for our wedding in September 2021 and they were excellent. Great value for really tasty food and the stand looked great in photos and gave a nice little outside hub to the evening.
Such easy communication prior to the wedding and the friendliest of staff who came on the day.
The food was great (lots of people commented on how good it was), and they'd followed my instructions of where to set up very exactly and carefully so were very self sufficient on the day.
Would absolutely recommend them!

Astounding customer service

These Guys were absolutely great at our wedding, they were lively and happy and kept up well with demand as well as producing great food for us and our guests, could not recommend them more!

Amazing service, amazing

A one man band managed to sort all of our guests and even left us the unserved cooked hotdogs wrapped in foil for anyone before he left. He did leave us a loyalty card too but the groom lost it 🫠 Fantastic service everyone loved them

Excellent service, best hot dogs in the world!!

We booked the hot sausage company as we love their hot dogs and always make a point of having one if we go into Ipswich town centre.
They were a pleasure to deal with, reliable, very communicative, and their cart was the ideal set up for our evening wedding food service.
Cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely wonderful

Growing up in Ipswich, hot dogs from the hot sausage co were a staple. When I found out they did weddings I knew that’s what I wanted. Andrew and the team were amazing. So friendly and professional. Needless to say the food was top notch as well. Catering for all dietary reqs. All the guests loved them too. Couldn’t have been happier with them. Thank you, Andrew!

We hired these guys for our evening food at our wedding reception - people have not stopped raving about how amazing they were, the service and of course the top quality sausages. Everyone was catered for whether it was allergies or veggie. Self sufficient - we didn’t even know they had arrived until we could smell the yummy sausages being cooked. Thank you so much, I highly recommend to anybody to use these guys for any private function - absolute professionals and outstanding value for money xxx
