They can offer canapes with champagne or prosecco and can also cater the late evening snacks or a festival-style street food alternative to a traditional sit-down wedding breakfast. They are adaptable in terms of menus and will help you in any way in which they possibly can.

Fred is a professional chef, trained in Michelin standard restaurants. He's worked in Europe, the US, UK and just returned from 4 years in Asia, so he has far reaching influences and experience. He's also committed to locally and responsibly sourced ingredients and has numerous independent suppliers.
