I would highly recommend Darren, Kirsty and their amazing team for your wedding catering. From the beginning Darren and Kirsty were very responsive and helpful answering all our questions. We attended a menu tasting, where Darren explained everything we need to know and we were able to taste a few options for our wedding menu to help us make a decision on the final dishes. On the day, the food and service was amazing and we had many compliments from our guests on how nice the food was. The evening bar was also very reasonably priced as well. Thank you again to Darren, Kirsty and the team for all your help and support on our special day.

We would highly recommed Fosters Catering for your wedding or any event in general, they were very professional, friendly and the food was amazing! All of our guests commented on how good the food was and thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas in the evening! They were easily able to cater for our gluten free and vegan guests without any trouble. Amazing experience all round.

I cannot recommend fosters catering enough, from the first moment I emailed them they were on hand to answer any questions, giving lots of advice and making the planning a lot less daunting! The food was definitely a highlight of the day with everyone saying how amazing it was! (Even my brother who is very fussy!) the kids menu was also perfect. Smoker for the evening food was a massive hit! Thank you so much again!

We booked Foster’s Catering for our wedding in September at Ufton Court and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision.

From the very beginning, all of our interactions with them were fantastic and made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. Darren and Kirsty were incredibly helpful during our email conversations, initial meeting and tasting session and answered the huge amount of questions we had. Their experience and knowledge was clear and so useful for us to plan and make our day a day to remember.

All of the food was spectacular and the wedding was everything we’d hoped it would be. One of the hardest decisions we had to make in the whole process was which of the different dishes served at the tasting session we wanted to pick for our menu as they were all incredible!

On the day itself, all of the staff were fantastic, polite and couldn’t have done more to help us. We were always kept informed and told everything we needed to know and the whole day happened seamlessly without us worrying or needing to think about it at all.

Not only were we completely happy with Foster’s, we also received many compliments from our guests about how good the food and staff were. All in all, we don’t think we could have made a better choice.

Darren was the best caterer we could have asked for. The food was fantastic, we received so many compliments from our guests. If you're tempted by the cheese toasties - you have to get them! They went down a storm and our guests adored them!

Wow!! What amazing catering... From start to finish, Darren, Kirsty and the team accommodated our every request more than happily.

The food on our wedding day was very important to us, ensuring it set the tone for the type of day we wanted and Fosters did not let us down.

The canapes were incredible and plentiful, the BBQ was delicious and everyone commented on how great it was! The cheese and pizza's in the evening were amazing and went down an absolute storm.

Darren and Kirsty were absolutely amazing from day 1. They were always so happy to help and accommodate everything we needed on our wedding day (6th April 2023). There is such an array of food choices, there is something for everyone. Last and certainly not least, the food is delicious!

Fosters are amazing! They catered our wedding on 26/11/22. We had an unexpected delay on the day which meant our ceremony happened over an hour later but Fosters handled it all with such ease and patience.
The food was incredible, we got married on a cold November day and didn’t want anything too formal but also didn’t want to compromise on quality and taste - Fosters delivered the most amazing canapés, sharing platter to start and individual pie and mash for the main - everyone loved it!
The whole team during the day were so friendly and a delight to have with us - would 100% recommend!

Fosters catered our wedding at Ufton Court in August 2024. From the first time we tried their loaded fries at Ufton’s wedding fayre, we knew we had to book them! They were also all the other wedding suppliers’ favourite caterers and we completely see why!

We wanted to make our wedding as personal to us as possible and Darren was so incredibly kind in creating a bespoke menu for us for our wedding breakfast, based on our favourite Greek restaurant’s dishes! We also had specific cocktails served at the drinks reception which Fosters prepared superbly.

The food was absolutely delicious, so many guests commented on how tasty it all was and how it didn’t taste like the standard ‘wedding food’. Our tasting was one of the best days of wedding planning (and of the whole year!) and we could not believe how delicious the food was: we are still dreaming about it! We also had a few specific dietary requirements among our guests and Fosters were so incredible at catering for them and discussing the menu with them. The evening food truck was a huge hit and the loaded fries were so tasty and different, they were perfect for a mid dancing snack!

Communication with Kirsty and Darren was always so smooth and easy, and we really appreciated all the patience after we sent about 4 versions of the final table plan! They also went above and beyond, providing support and advice about plenty of aspects of the wedding, not just the food!

We really hope to find many more opportunities to eat Darren’s incredible food and we could not recommend Fosters highly enough! Our only regret is that we can’t have Fosters around to cook for us on a daily basis!
