We contacted Four Gables through a recommended supplier that we had been using since lockdown. We live in Kent and despite not being local they were able to assist us in catering for our wedding at very short notice. After cancelling our wedding plans abroad we were looking to organise a wedding of 30-40 guests in 6 weeks. We provided them with the ideas we had for our abroad wedding and they delivered an amazing menu on the day of canapés, food stations and a stunning display of sweet desserts, with shots of cocktails in them. All our guests commented on the food. The staff were professional and fantastic in being able to work with an unknown venue and us in creating our ideas. Would certainly recommend and use again if required.

The team at Four Gables really considered our likes and dislikes, taking this into account to develop our menu. They also carefully considered the little people coming to our wedding and gave them a bespoke menu which made them feel special.

We had a fantastic experience with David and the team from the very first contact. He was so responsive and we felt everything was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble. The tasting was superb and he was so knowledgeable about our venue and how things would go on the day to help with timings. Four Gables catered our wedding in July 2021.
From start to finish, they were an excellent company to work with. Phone calls, emails, Zooms and F2F was bursting with energy, smiles and professionalism. At no point did we ever feel like we hadn't made the best choice in caterer. We had the opportunity to try ALL of our food choices before the day, including our canapes. On the day, it all went excellently well.
On the day we were presented with a lovely chopping board with our married name on, but they used the wrong name. As soon as they realised, they sent us a brand new one, full of apologies. I mention this not as a criticism, but an example of how kind and caring they are as a team.
