We decided to use Island Catering following a visit to a wedding fair were they were doing some food to taste and had the steam train on show. We were blown away and decided we wanted to use them before we had even booked a venue. When we found our venue we then got in touch to find they worked closely with Tournerbury Woods and regularly did weddings there which made us feel so comfortable about the decision made. Ben and Shelley who run the business made the process from the start to seamless! They went out of their way to stock everything we wanted in the bar to accommodating those guests who had allergies. On our wedding day the bar was stocked and ready before guests had arrived so they could have a drink before the ceremony. I have to say the staff at the bar just went out of their way even remembering guests drinks they had ordered before! The welcome drinks were so refreshing by the waters edge as we were lucky to have amazing weather. We also opted for the tea and coffee station which went down a treat especially with slices of the wedding cake. The food service was faultless! After all food for guests at a wedding is one of the most important things and we know everyone left our wedding full and happy! Everyone was served quickly and my gosh was the food amazing! We decided on a smoke house bbq for our wedding breakfast and wood fired pizzas in the evening. Everyone kept saying “wow the food is amazing” and it was! They even went up for seconds! I didn’t want a pizza as the bride I was to busy chatting and dancing to eat my pizza in the evening so they made me three different pizzas ready for me to take back to the cottage after the reception! The jam jar puddings were delicious and really looked lovely too. They went the extra mile with the whole day and are definitely a 10/10

We had Island Catering Company supply our food and drink for our wedding, we picked the hog roast and pizza for the evening, so many people said it was the best food they’ve ever had a wedding. The hog roast was served on the tables and looked amazing as well as tasted amazing. The bar set up was so cute and worked so well, would definitely recommend

They covered our catering for our wedding last minute and it was out of this world! Everyone commented on the chips and dips and the bbq! Yum!!
