The team make delicious, traditional Spanish paella in street markets, festivals and private parties. They can also make a range of canapes and charcuterie starters and salads. Jamon Jamon began in 2004 when Nick Friedman started importing the best meats and cheeses from a deli in Valencia to a market stall on the Golborne road. The team will help you in any way they can.
