With a blend of modern classics - like our canapé selection or mini sharing desserts - and internationally inspired adventures like our taco menu, you will be sure to find the perfect combination to create the perfect feast for you.
Services Offered
Old hats at mobile catering, Blame Frank can turn their oven-gloved hand to any venue, terrain, or logistical operation you can dream of. Their fully flexible operation can make itself at home in a professional venue kitchen, a catering marquee, a home kitchen if required, or they can provide their own professional gazebo from which to serve. Their menus are organised so that you can combine them to suit your needs, whether you want a sharing barbecue with starters and dessert, or canapés, tacos and evening food, you can mix-and-match from a range of options to suit your needs, and your budget. They come with their own dedicated service staff should you need them, and if you are looking for a package that’s the whole package, you can avail yourself of their bar services, and include a range of equipment hire from tables and chairs to glassware while you’re at it!

Communication was excellent with the team in the run up to the event and there was so little organisational effort on our end - Kathryn and her team dealt with everything on the day in a cheerful and professional manner. They also kept food topped up throughout the event and even left us containers so we could enjoy our leftovers for the rest of the week in the office.
I would highly recommend their services. Thanks to everyone involved!
Incredible wedding caterers
I’m fairly sure we weren’t the easiest customers, with last minute canapé additions, speech timing changes, and constant guest numbers and dietary requirement changes! Kathryn is hands down the most helpful, organised, reliable, responsive, friendly and calm person I’ve ever worked with. We were provided with clear options, plenty of information, speedy responses and never felt like anything was an issue.
The food on the wedding day honestly exceeded everyone’s expectations! I met Will and the team on site a few months before, and had the same knowledgeable, friendly, helpful interaction we’d had with Kathryn, so I knew we were in good hands, but the food was incredible! We opted for BBQ family style sharing food for the main meal which worked absolutely perfectly with our wedding, tasted delicious and there was plenty of it.
Food was served and cleared on time, the meal was the perfect length of time, all the staff were cheerful and helpful, and there were zero issues. Everything was cleared away before they left, and our venue was extremely happy with how conscientious and tidy the team were. They even brought their own label maker!!
From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for everything you did to help us before and during the wedding day. We couldn’t have been happier with the food and service we received, and hope to hold an event in the future when we can work with you again.
