For weddings and other special events, they offer buffet options featuring personalised menu to deliver sumptuous pizzas. Made from premium quality ingredients and hand-made fresh sour dough allowed to ferment for 24-48 hours, using home-made tomato sauce with local Irish ingredients as toppings, the pizzas offer highly personalised flavours. The pizza trailer can park at any outdoor setting or outside a wedding venue and the buffet can serve 30 to 250 people.
