Wedding Catering in Oxfordshire

Our day was so special and what was the cherry on the top was the incredible food from Vanessa and the team! Right from the get go Vanessa took the time to understand our vibe taking us through her menu and options. We wanted a less traditional meal and opted for the buffet style meaning guests got to sample a bit of everything, it was really relaxed and had the guest mingling. Everyone has such great things to say about the food and we're so glad we went with Vanessa, wish we could do it all over again!

My husband and I had very specific visions for our wedding breakfast. We’re both vegetarian and wanted our wedding meal to reflect that. Most caterers’ veggie menus were pretty uninspiring, but Joey worked with us to create the wedding breakfast of our dreams. He went above and beyond to suggest dishes and tailor them to our tastes, demonstrating incredible attention to detail and creativity. We ended up with a gorgeous Italian-inspired sharing menu featuring a range of imaginative, delicious dishes that were beautifully presented and packed with flavour. I genuinely think about that food on a near-daily basis, and people still talk about how amazing our wedding breakfast was. From start to finish, Joey and the team made us feel cared for, ensuring everything was seamless on the day and truly unforgettable for us and our guests. A special mention also goes to Pudding, the sweetest mascot in the world!

We had very unique requirements for our large wedding and Garry & David understood immediately what we were trying to achieve and they came up with the perfect package. The combination of flavours and presentation of food was outstanding, communication throughout was excellent, their team on the day were just brilliant and what tops it all off is they are just really guys who are incredibly passionate for what they do and deserve to win this award. Would 1000% recommend them!

Sear were the perfect fit for our wedding. We wanted our guests to be able to choose what they had and the menu from Sear allowed us to do just that. The food was delicious and served a table at a time allowing guests to eat together on a table. Serving in the centre created such a social atmosphere. Ryan was responsive to our (many) questions in the run up and reviewed our menus before we printed. The tasting session prior to the day was also excellent and made us very excited to have the food again. Would absolutely recommend!

For us, we love our food. We love good food, and we know that the majority of our guests were the same. And Lemon Zest did not disappoint. Lemon Zest's menu was varied and had options to cater for so many different requirements, which was the first draw we had to them. The options weren't pretentious - they sounded like good, wholesome food. The team, when we met them at our venues open day were warm and friendly, and their samples left us wanting more...! The booking process was easy, and we were able to confirm our food choices closer to our wedding date, which was good. Our tasting session was great, we didn't feel rushed or watched - we spoke through some details about our day but otheriwse we were able to enjoy some of the options we were considering. And the food was as it would be at the wedding - which gave us a great idea of what to expect. On the day the team were great. Christine made sure we got some canapes - even if that meant trying to locate us as we were whisked off for photos! The food was so tasty - our guests were impressed and shared with us how great the food was - even some of the pickiest eaters said the food was tasty. The portions were just right, the food was hot and the service was great. The communication from the team between enquiry through to post wedding was also great. We found the prices reasonable per person - even more so once we had tasted the food. To the whole team, thank-you. We'd happily book again, and would recommend you to any other couples wishing to find a caterer for their event.

Simon and his team exceeded our expectations! We had canapés, a wedding breakfast and hog roast at our reception yesterday and we honestly cannot recommend Simon enough! The food was exceptional, everyone commented how tasty it was and the service was amazing. Thank you so much to Simon, Charlie and the team for your efforts, you really helped to make our day so wonderful!

The whole process with OFD was fantastic. The team was super helpful from day 1 and helped us with the planning so much. Stacey on the day was an absolute gem and everything went smoothly. The food was perfect, we received a lot of compliments about it, which was very important to us as we are big foodies. I can't thank them enough for helping us making our day perfect!

Ross & Ross worked with us through the most trying of times - the COVID-19 Pandemic! We had to rearrange the 'big' wedding no fewer than four times and when it was finally held in late September 2021 it was perfect! In September 2020 Ross & Ross helped us hold a small, intimate legal wedding in our garden for 28 guests (not the 200 originally planned for). Then, a year later, FINALLY we held the 'big' wedding where the wedding dress was worn and family and friends could celebrate the happy couple. The food was delicious and the service sublime. Every detail was covered and Ross & Ross coped with everything beautifully to make our daughter and son-in-law's wedding day perfect. In the end it was well worth all the stress and wait!

From start to finish Kalm Kitchen provided us with everything and more. Their attention to detail, care and beautiful food helped to make our day incredibly special.
