Wedding Catering in Oxfordshire

We had very unique requirements for our large wedding and Garry & David understood immediately what we were trying to achieve and they came up with the perfect package. The combination of flavours and presentation of food was outstanding, communication throughout was excellent, their team on the day were just brilliant and what tops it all off is they are just really guys who are incredibly passionate for what they do and deserve to win this award. Would 1000% recommend them!

Sear were the perfect fit for our wedding. We wanted our guests to be able to choose what they had and the menu from Sear allowed us to do just that. The food was delicious and served a table at a time allowing guests to eat together on a table. Serving in the centre created such a social atmosphere. Ryan was responsive to our (many) questions in the run up and reviewed our menus before we printed. The tasting session prior to the day was also excellent and made us very excited to have the food again. Would absolutely recommend!

Charlie and his team did the most amazing job with our marquee wedding in Henley on themes.

Simon and his team exceeded our expectations! We had canapés, a wedding breakfast and hog roast at our reception yesterday and we honestly cannot recommend Simon enough! The food was exceptional, everyone commented how tasty it was and the service was amazing. Thank you so much to Simon, Charlie and the team for your efforts, you really helped to make our day so wonderful!

The whole process with OFD was fantastic. The team was super helpful from day 1 and helped us with the planning so much. Stacey on the day was an absolute gem and everything went smoothly. The food was perfect, we received a lot of compliments about it, which was very important to us as we are big foodies. I can't thank them enough for helping us making our day perfect!

Ross & Ross worked with us through the most trying of times - the COVID-19 Pandemic! We had to rearrange the 'big' wedding no fewer than four times and when it was finally held in late September 2021 it was perfect! In September 2020 Ross & Ross helped us hold a small, intimate legal wedding in our garden for 28 guests (not the 200 originally planned for). Then, a year later, FINALLY we held the 'big' wedding where the wedding dress was worn and family and friends could celebrate the happy couple. The food was delicious and the service sublime. Every detail was covered and Ross & Ross coped with everything beautifully to make our daughter and son-in-law's wedding day perfect. In the end it was well worth all the stress and wait!

We booked Nyama for our village fete themed wedding after attending one of their open days - an experience I highly recommend! Initially we were confused about why we had to pay to go to a "sales pitch", but 10 minutes after we had walked in, with a cocktail in hand, hearing about the open bar, pig and lamb roasts, and the pudding buffet, I was convinced! And after we tasted the South African braai canapés, the biggest decision in any DIY wedding was made. We chose the British BBQ menu, and all I heard all day was that the food was "soooooo goooooood"! We had many people tell our bridesmaids that the food was amazing, and I heard compliments all night. Nyama were conscientious and thorough, and every element of the service was of the highest standard. The atmosphere of the bbq cooking enhanced our drinks reception and the buffet style was well received and well reviewed! When mum and I went over to say thank you towards the end of service, we met the sight of our copious leftovers being neatly packed up in boxes, ready to go into the fridge - these were later enthusiastically received by our evening guests! Essentially, Nyama were exactly what we had been looking for in a caterer. They were local, they were fun, and pragmatically speaking they were cheap! I was thrilled with the service we received, they were entirely accomodating of everything we asked - even the last minute addition of a vegan guest was met with a "no problem!". I think the best recommendation I can give is that twice, on the day, when asking friends about the food, I heard from not yet engaged men, "What's the name of the caterers? We should look into these guys!"

From tasting to the delivery on our big day, all was perfectly organised and delivered with nothing being too much trouble. Both Carys and Mike were helpful with ideas, professional with delivery and flexible with changes. The food exceeded our expectations and our guests still continue to praise the meal weeks after the wedding. We would have no hesitation in recommending Greens for your wedding catering.
