Situated in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Paradiso Authentic Italian is a food-loving bakery for weddings, engagements, birthdays, and other sweet celebrations. My name is Mattia Paradiso and my passion for tiramisú started in Puglia, Italy, when my nonna Lina taught me how to make this delicious dessert! This lockdown project started in the heart of Manchester 3 years ago and this year we've opened our first shop in Kelham Island. We're hoping to work with you for your special event.
Services Offered
1.What we're famous for are our non-alcoholic tiered tiramisù wedding cakes. Not only do these cakes look good, but they are made with the freshest ingredients and the most unique flavours. Depending on your preferences, we can craft a two-, three- or four-tier cake for you and your guests to enjoy. We are also happy to cater to you or your partner's dietary preferences, including nut-free and gluten-free.
2. We also offer catering packages where you can order as many tiramisù and cannoli as you want, for your guest to enjoy at any time of the wedding day.

Gorgeous tiramisu and a unique wedding cake

Delicious, beautiful, unique!
We opted for four different flavours for the tiers: classico, pistachio and Nutella, Biscoff, and our very own signature Bakewell tart flavour! We also had pots of the vegan and gluten free tiramisu so that all of our guests were able to indulge.
Working with Mattia to come up with our wedding tiramisu was a joy. You can tell how passionate he is about his craft, and his Italian desserts speak for themselves. Thank you so much, Mattia!

Events
We'll be selling Tiramisù and cannoli from our Christmas wooden cabin in Peace Gardens. We'll be there everyday from 10 am to 7 pm. Tiramisù flavours: Blackforest, Classico, Pistacchio & Nutella, Vegan and gluten-free options available. Freshly filled cannoli with ricotta and topped with Biscoff, Pistacchio, Chocolate or Caramel.
