He holds the National CIEH Curry Chef Award, and has twice won the coveted National Curry Champion title. Cuisine
Passage to India offers authentic Indian cuisine and Asian catering. They only use the highest quality ingredients, including locally sourced produce and fresh herbs and spices. They also offer Indo-Chinese and Gujrati menus.
