Valentino, our Founder and Chef. Hailing from the home of Pizza, Naples, Italy. Valentino moved to the UK 25 years ago and was one of the first to bring Pizza Napoletana to the UK. He has opened and worked at famous restaurants and pizzerias in London, such as Gordon Ramsay's Street Pizza. He is also the guy behind the success of Bravi Ragazzi in Streatham and Theo's in Camberwell. Valentino is, without a doubt, one of the leading and innovative Pizza Chefs on these shores.
