Roll Out The Bunting is a mobile catering business operating in Tring, Hertfordshire. Supplying weddings with high-quality, locally-made ice cream out of their vintage 1950s ice cream van named Mimi. Founded in 2016, their main goal is to help the couples they work with create special memories over delicious scoops of ice cream. Since 2023, we have merged our other business The Elegant Baker with Roll Out The Bunting I (Louise) has since 2022 won 3 international awards ; a gold, silver and bronze. Services Offered

The team provides catering services at weddings and events with their signature ice cream van Mimi. They also operate a beautifully restored Pashley ice cream bike, Bertie, and their show-stopping Gundle Model T bike, Humphrey the mobile barista. Roll Out The Bunting offers a wide range of seasonal and year-round ice cream flavours ensuring there is something available for every guest. The perfect wedding day treat

We had the ice cream van Mimi at our wedding. We had it early evening while evening guests were arriving, it was a total hit with all our guests. The ice cream is really high quality and comes in really lovely flavours even some more unusual ones which we could choose from. Highly recommend!

Wedding cakes

So pleased with the cakes provided by Roll Out The Bunting for our wedding this year.

Louise listened to everything I asked for (which was a lot!) and worked with our (difficult) venue to make sure everything was perfect for us.

The cakes and desserts provided were so good, we had loads of positive comments about them! Louise was also able to cater to various dietary requirements (gluten free, diabetic etc).

Service and quality was all amazing, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone! Thank you so much xx

Amazing!!!

We have used Roll Out The Bunting for ice cream a few times now and I’m always impressed! The flavours are so delicious, and the ice cream is the creamiest I’ve tasted in a long time. The sorbets are gorgeous too, you won’t be disappointed whatever you choose from them!

Great product, looks beautiful, thrilled!

We had Roll Out the Bunting at our wedding, and they couldn’t have done enough or been more accommodating. (We had a change of timings last minute),
Their ice creams were absolutely delicious, i tried every flavour! Also the mini brownies were to die for!
I can’t wait to see all the photos in front of the vintage van.

Highly recommend

I used Roll out the Bunting to make my auntie’s wedding cake.
My auntie was over the moon it was absolutely perfect and tasted incredible.

Roll Out The Bunting/Louise provided an excellent wedding cake and went above and beyond. Not only did it taste fantastic but it looked it too. She delivered on time, was professional and paid attention to detail. We will certainly be a returning customer.

Hen party biscuits

I wanted some hen party biscuits for goody bags for my sisters hen party. I came across roll out the bunting and Louise understood exactly what I wanted and the end result was better than I had had in my head and all the guests loved them! Thank you for adding that extra special touch and the excellent service. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future!
