We are ROSI, a small family business in the Cotswolds making Roman style pizzas in our wood-fired oven served out of a beautifully converted Rice horse trailer full of charm and character!

(Flour, water, EVO, Adriatic sea salt)

Proudly using fresh flour, milled from British, single Estate, locally stone ground Cotswolds wheat.
