Scoff and Nosh is a catering company based in Clare Sudbury, Suffolk, specialising in weddings and milestone events. I learned to make paella over 50 years ago in a little village in Spain, now Benidorm. I used to have to import the rice, herbs, and spices, but there is now a supplier in England that stocks all the authentic Spanish ingredients.

We arrive a couple of hours before service and cook the paella in big pans in front of your guests, and then your guests help themselves.
