I set up SHUCKD in the Netherlands whilst working as a consultant chef and then transferred it to the UK when I returned.
My background is a mixed one! I have a degree in Biomedical Studies, am a qualified Butcher and have worked with Beef and Vegetable farming in Northumberland, Wagyu in Australia, wine in Italy and Sushi in Japan!
We pride ourselves here at SHUCKD on our guest experience. We'll involve every guests in the story behind their oysters and are more than happy to provide photo opportunities.
