All menus are specifically designed with your desires and specifications in mind. No set menus, only what you want and desire! The team at Smart Cuisine have a wealth of experience created a whole range of different types of menus and flavours.

All ingredients are locally sourced from local farmers and suppliers to ensure quality seasonal dishes. A full three course menu can be created or something more informal. Whether you would like canapes, tasting menus or even a luxury BBQ, Smart Cuisine have everything covered.
The team also have a reputation for creating delicious cocktails and creating new drinks from blends of classic drinks. The experienced professionals at Smart Cuisine will be more than happy to talk in-depth about your wedding and any specific requests which you may have.
