They aim to deliver amazing taste and great options to suit your demands and preferences. Smokin’ Grill Guy caters to private parties, weddings, food markets, festivals, local fetes as well as bike and car shows.

A member of NCASS, Smokin’ Grill Guy boasts liability insurance and has an efficient staff holding several hygiene certificates. For your big celebration, they will bring the trailer (Brian) to your venue. The team is led by pit master Trev, a fan of American style BBQ for the last 20 years.

The trailer has a high capacity wood fired American style offset, which can serve up to 150 people. The menu features brisket, brisket burnt ends, pulled pork, Chicken and also offers vegetarian options. If you want bespoke services, they are always happy to accommodate special requests.
