Best wedding food ever!
Phoebe and Lavinia invited me and my husband for a tasting at Lavinia's house. This was a spectacular evening - we came away absolutely blown away! The food was honestly some of the best we had ever tasted and we were so excited about eating it on the wedding day!
Sharing platters are such an amazing idea for your wedding - it means that all tables get served at the same time and it creates a lovely atmosphere where everyone is passing food around and experiencing the amazing taste at the same time.
We also asked them if they could do a starter buffet rather than canapes. They said they would be more than happy to and the starter buffet not only tasted incredible but was presented absolutely beautifully. This was a great idea because, after the ceremony, people could have a substantial bit of food rather than tiny canapes and it meant that no one went hungry across the whole day.
On the day, the food ran so smoothly - there was absolutely no hiccups! For our late night food, we asked Sunflower Kitchen to do hot dogs and they also laid out what was left of the sharing platters which meant that there was absolutely no food waste.
I can't recommend Sunflower Kitchen enough - they were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole planning process, including the tasting evening and on the day - I would quite happily choose them again for an event. Thank you so much Phoebe, Lavinia and the team!
