About Super8

Our vibrant, state-of-the-art Super8 Pizza truck travels within a 50-mile radius throughout Lancashire, Cumbria, and Yorkshire and can cater for your whole wedding breakfast—who wouldn't want pizza as your first married meal? Start as you mean to go on!—or provide good old New York slices for your evening party.

Our Pizza

We spent a long time perfecting our authentic pizza dough, which is slow-fermented for 72 hours to achieve the deepest flavour and a light, crispy crust. And we make a really big deal of only using the freshest, best quality produce on our pizzas from local and specialist Italian Suppliers, including Fior di Latte (a lighter, sweeter mozzarella), Matthews Canadian & Springs flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and crushed Italian tomatoes. The pizzas are stretched into huge 20" disks, topped and cooked in a big gas deck oven on our bright red mobile pizza truck before being sliced & served to your guests. Two slices of our pizza are the equivalent of a 10" pizza.

Your Pizza

We work with you to create a personalised selection of pizzas for you and your guests. Choose up to four different pizza flavours from our menu for your party. We offer vegan, halal, and 12" gluten-free* alternatives as well.

Costs

If you decide you would like Super8 Pizza for your event, we include a full service—hire of the pizza van, four different flavours of pizza (vegan and 12" gf options included in price), travel, equipment, staff for serving and making pizza, waste disposal, plates, napkins, plus all sauces/final flourishes, plus any leftover pizza boxed for you. Each quote is tailored to your event. For a more detailed quote, please get in touch.

We ask for a 20% deposit to secure your date and full payment of the outstanding amount two weeks before the event.

There is no charge for children under the age of three, and for ages three to five, we charge 50% of the full price.

Logistics

We will always come and do a site check before your event, especially if we have not been to your venue before.

We like to arrive two hours before the time you would like us to start service, and we will serve your guests pizza for two and a half to three hours (this is flexible depending on your event). This gives us enough time to get into place and set up, get the oven to the right temperature, and get some pizzas made for

your guests! What's more, our truck can run off a silent battery, so we can still function if you can't offer us power access, i.e. if your event is in the middle of a field!

The Boring Bits

Super8 Pizza has a FIVE-STAR food hygiene rating, complies with all compulsory regulations, and has gas and electric safety certificates. We are fully insured, all staff are trained to at least Level 1 of Food Safety, and we have allergen awareness training, too.

We use environmentally friendly packaging, and when we leave, we take everything away with us (leaving any leftover pizza, of course!). You won't even know we've been there - except for some very satisfied guests!
