  London wedding

  Vamos Paella catered our wedding in Autumn 2024 at the London Canal Museum.
  
  In the lead up to the wedding Vamos were prompt to reply and thorough in the information that they sent over. Prior to the wedding the meeting with Vamos where we covered what was needed on the day was comprehensive and Vamos were willing to go the extra step to make sure we had everything as we wanted, even if it wasn't quite standard.
  
  On the day the Vamos Paella team arrived in good time and were set up and ready to cook well in advance. The canapes were plentiful and delicious (we especially recommend the Chorizo Sausages). The overwhelming feedback from guests was that they were impressed by how delicious and plentiful the canapes were.
  
  The main meal was served on time and was laid out very quickly around our tables. We were very impressed that all our guests were able to start eating within around 10 mins. The paellas were served in large pans on each table with a selection of salads and bread on the side. Not only were the paellas delicious but the side salads were also excellent in their own right and it really felt like an abundance of food for our guests. Desserts were spectacular, individual tarts that were visually impressive and extremely tasty.
  
  Overall our guests and ourselves were very satisfied with both the food and service. We received many comments from guests about how much they enjoyed the meal.
  
  We were particularly impressed with Chan who was our point of contact in the planning stages, Richie who was a wonderful presence on the day and not only ran a great service but also made sure we were looked after, and Dan who was the chef on the day.
  
  Overall highly recommended.

  Perfect Caterers

  Chan, Richie and the Vamos crew did such an excellent job at catering our wedding from start to finish. What an amazing bunch of people to bring delicious and colourful food to our special occasion.
  From the first communication it was obvious these guys knew what they were doing, Chan was extremely helpful and thorough going through all of the options for our dinner plans, making sure that every one of our guests needs and dietary requirements were met. They were easily able to deal with all of the fine details and changes that inevitably happen planning a wedding breakfast which made us feel very comfortable choosing them to feed us.
  On the day their service was nothing short of remarkable. They turned up, completely self sufficient, with big smiles and great energy. They were just so lovely to all of our guests! The canapés were delicious and later the main paellas came out looking and smelling incredible! The sharing deserts were a lovely finish and later, the chorizo dogs in the evening went down a complete storm.
  Nearly every single guest commented on how amazing and unique the food was and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have Vamos cater for another event.
  Also, a huge thank you to the Matre’D, Richie. The way they interacted with our guests with such kindness and humour whilst making sure everything ran smoothly really was the cherry on top.
  These guys don’t mess around and neither should you, book them now!

  Amazing food & service!

  Chan and the team were brilliant. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was both during and after the wedding!
  He and the team were so easy to talk to and communicate with and they did everything just as we wanted. Chan even made up our very own leftovers pot to take home and enjoy the next day (can confirm it was just as good!!)

  Incredible!

  'It was an absolutely wonderful day! From our point of view every single thing went perfectly from the weather to the timings, and we were thrilled with the choices we made for the food. The canapés were a huge hit, and we both managed to have a few ourselves (which I believe doesn’t always happen for the bride and groom!) The chorizo sausages in particular received high praise but honestly, they were all really popular. The paella itself looked and smelt beautiful. Part of the joy is in having it all there being prepared for guests to see. It tasted as good as it looked, and genuinely one of my only regrets of the day was not eating more of it (I had a huge plate of the seafood paella). The buffet style suited our day so perfectly and contributed a laid back atmosphere and relaxed dining experience. So many guests commented on how delicious it was, so we really want to say the biggest thank you. You made the whole process of finding a caterer really straightforward, we loved coming for our tasting session and the food lived up to every expectation on the day, you really know what you’re doing! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone and everyone.'

  Amazing experience!

  We used Vamos Paella as the caterers for our wedding on 12th August, and can't recommend them highly enough. Firstly, the food was fantastic, everyone commented on how delicious it was, and several people said it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding. The chefs were cooking in sideways rain at one point but this didn't seem to bother them! They were super friendly when people went up to get the paellas, talking to the guests about the origins of paella.
  
  And secondly, the waiting team was incredible on the day, particularly Ritchie. They had a lot of work to do when we had a sudden downpour of rain and they had to move the drinks-serving station as well as all the furniture inside, while continuing to make sure everyone got their drinks. We didn't have a wedding coordinator on the day, and so Ritchie and the team were a huge help in making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. And on top of that, they did it all with big smiles and were so friendly and lovely to everyone.
  
  We really were so impressed and very grateful.
  
  Melissa was very helpful, responsive and friendly from the very beginning when we reached out to organise a tasting.

  Excellent service

  We can't praise Vamos paella enough. Melissa was patient and helpful in the planning, both in choosing the menu and helping advise what tableware we needed to hire. The food was delicious and presented beautifully and the chefs friendly and helpful. The food was served to the table for guests to share in dishes that guests said were just the right size for passing round. All in all a very good experience that we recommend highly.

From all the brilliant advice beforehand through to the slick operation on the day, we felt in safe hands with Melissa and her fantastic team. We have had lots of fantastic feedback from our guests for the delicious and plentiful canapés and the amazing paellas served to the tables. I really recommend Vamos Paella if you are hosting a big event, they were fantastic!

  We loved vamos

  We LOVED Vamos Paella. They were amazing to communicate with in the run up to our wedding, and then the paellas were completely delicious and the chefs charming. We will 100% be using them again and would recommend them to anyone!

  Superb Wedding Catering

  Melissa and her team did the most wonderful job catering our garden wedding for 130 guests. The food was honestly sensational, as was the service. Melissa also provided a huge amount of support/advice running up to the day, with super speedy replies to every email (even when on holiday). We honestly couldn't have done it without Melissa and her team! Thank for making our day so perfect.
