Since leaving the Mermaid hotel to set up his own catering company, the award winning Tatner has served up his fusion style food at festivals, weddings and private parties. Now he has opened a seaside eatery at Broomhill Sands offering Rye Bay fish subs, halloumi baguettes and Smoky Surfer burgers with his own recipe sauce, all of which taste delicious.
