The Aussie Smoker is an award-winning wedding catering company in Falmouth, Cornwall, and the winner of the Best Alternative Caterer at the 2024 South West Wedding Awards. Chief pitmaster Adam grew up in Perth, Australia, where every event had barbecue food as part of the celebration. After moving to England, Adam took inspiration from his homeland to ensure that all wedding parties were left smiling after sampling incredible Aussie-inspired BBQ food.

Everyone associated with The Aussie Smoker knows how important the wedding day is to each couple. They want to meet with their clientele to discuss their culinary choices and curate a wedding day package tailored to their needs. A standard package at The Aussie Smoker includes a grazing table and six dishes served to guests' tables on platters. Cutlery and crockery are also included, and staff will remain on location for up to four hours.
