From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that our catering experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we met with the Spindle Catering team, it was clear that they were dedicated to creating a menu that was perfectly tailored to our tastes and the theme of our wedding. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, offering expert advice and crafting a bespoke menu that exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests were treated to a culinary delight, starting with Norfolk smoked salmon truffle bellinis and hand-raised beef crostini for the canapés. Each bite was a burst of flavor that left everyone wanting more. The main event—a Suffolk Hog roast paired with rotisserie Suffolk chicken—was a true highlight. The meat was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, and the accompanying sides were equally impressive. Every element of the menu was thoughtfully prepared and made our taste buds come alive. Our guests were raving about the food, and many mentioned it was some of the best they’d ever had at a wedding. The Spindle Catering team was not only skilled in the kitchen but also exceptionally friendly and professional.
