Earth Catering is a family run business based in West Sussex, covering all areas of Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. We have a passion for flavour, creativity and a wealth of experience in the industry focusing on locally sourced ingredients from the farms to artisan suppliers. From gorgeous gourmet sit downs, beautiful fresh buffets, sizzling BBQ's, funky street food, creative cocktails and fizzy Champagne towers, Earth Catering will be sure to wow your guests.

Menus

Our menus include plated wedding breakfasts, gourmet BBQ, sharing and grazing tables, and evening street food. Highlights from our offerings include Roast Rump of Southdowns Lamb, Twice Cooked Confit Pork Belly and Thai Monkfish & King Prawn Curry. A variety of vegetarian dishes are also available, such as Porcini Mushroom “Mac N Cheese” and Warm Mediterranean Vegetable & Feta Tart.

Venues

Earth Catering can adapt to work at any venue. Some of our favourite venues include Brighton Pavilion, Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, Gate Street Barn, Busbridge Lakes, High Billingshurst Barn, Grittenham Barn, Wisley Gardens, Weald and Downland, Slaugham Place, Two Woods Estate, Chidham Barns and many more!

Earth Catering provided the catering over a celebration weekend and were brillant to work with. From the very start the communication was great and the team for our party were all just lovely to have around. It was such a treat to have them do the hard work for us and every single person talked contastantly about how the food was delicious. The flavours were excellent and there were superb options for everyone across two lunch buffets, a gourmet BBQ and a Mexican feast, including extensive gluten free options that we needed. Highly recommended.

Mo and Daniela were invaluable in the lead up to our event as well, they were very responsive, flexible and friendly throughout and made planning the day so much easier. We also really appreciated that tasting event they held in the lead up to the event where we were able to try everything beforehand. On the day itself, the food was fantastic, and the service was extremely professional, personable, effcient and understanding. The team were also super hands-on, practical and great at problem solving all the small problems which popped up on the day. It was such a pleasure working with them for our big day.
