Flawless!!

After much consideration, we chose Jacaranda to cater for our wedding in Spring 2023 and they didn't disappoint! Everything from the tasting to the food on the day and their service, was superb. The team were professional throughout whilst adding that personal touch that really makes a difference, and the quality of the food was faultless - we have received so many plaudits on both since the big day!

Jacaranda's flexibility in accommodating our requested Nepali influences was hugely valued, and we couldn't believe their attention to detail on both the day before and the wedding day itself. We were amazed by the amount of preparation that Jacaranda did in support of the day, far more than...

After much consideration, we chose Jacaranda to cater for our wedding in Spring 2023 and they didn't disappoint! Everything from the tasting to the food on the day and their service, was superb. The team were professional throughout whilst adding that personal touch that really makes a difference, and the quality of the food was faultless - we have received so many plaudits on both since the big day!

We were amazed by the amount of preparation that Jacaranda did in support of the day, far more than we were expecting! And on that front, we would like to call out Hannah who managed the day perfectly and was great to collaborate with in the lead up.

Whilst on initial assessment Jacaranda were not the cheapest option available, their quality and level of service provided excellent value for money. We (and all our guests!) are so glad we chose them and would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone in the future.

Hands down the best decision we've made for our wedding

We couldn't be more grateful!
The food was absolutely delicious, we loved it, and our guests were raving about it
The communication, organisation and running of the day were excellent. We were actually able to fully enjoy our wedding day because we didn't have to worry or stress about anything, we felt completely looked after

Jacaranda were just the best!

What can I say....we were told Jacaranda were the best, and they really are! The food was delicious, they helped the whole day run smoothly and were always on hand to answer our questions before and during the big day. And did we mention the food was amazing? They were incredibly helpful in the setup, clearing and running on the day as well.

Perfect Day

They were very organised and good service. Flexible on the day when we were running late. Thoughtful touches like saving our first cork. Would recommend.

Wedding Catering

We cannot recommend highly enough the service Jacaranda provided for our wedding. Looked after by our event manager, Hannah, who was responsive and professional, as well as extremely knowledgeable, we felt looked after and special throughout the day. Our guests were treated to exquisite food, beautifully cooked and presented, served efficiently and respectfully. We felt very much in safe hands. Thank you to everyone at Jacaranda for your efforts and an extra big thank you to you, Hannah, for your wonderful care.

Faultless!

We chose Jacaranda for our wedding caterers at Fitzleroi Barn in October '22 and they were faultless, can't recommend them highly enough.

From planning and to deciding on menu they were super helpful and we were able to be flexible with our choices to cater for everyone, which was really appreciated.

We had the most amazing day and can't thank them and their team enough for what they did on the day. The management of the day and timings were perfect, we didn't have to think about any of it on the day which took all the stress away, from the setting up of tables, firepits, sparklers etc.

And then and of course the incredible food!...

Made our day

I cannot recommend the team enough. From our first meeting to after the wedding, nothing was too much for Hannah and her team. Our food was delicious, the Service fantastic and the team did so much more than just cook and serve our food-helping us keep the day running smoothly and to time. They were wonderful.

Sheer excellence

We had Jacaranda as our caterers at Ramster Hall in November 2022. Hannah and her team were utterly professional and efficient throughout, being there when needed but blending into the vibe of the day when not. We didn’t have a toastmaster so Hannah was excellent at keeping the day on track. The food was amazing. Every guest that has spoken to us since has commented on how lovely it was. All in all, a superb company.

Delicious food, some issues with service/execution on the day

We had Jacaranda cater our wedding last weekend and whilst the food was beautiful and delicious, their execution on the day was a bit disappointing and added stress to our wedding. If service is important to you, this may not be the right caterer for your wedding. There was a lack of overall coordination and timing, which resulted in issues we feel an experienced wedding caterer should have been able to foresee. For example, when we exited our ceremony, we were meant to move straight into our champagne reception and receiving line, but they hadn't poured any of the champagne yet. We ended up having to awkwardly hold our guests in the ceremony room for 10-15 minutes waiting for...

For example, when we exited our ceremony, we were meant to move straight into our champagne reception and receiving line, but they hadn't poured any of the champagne yet. We ended up having to awkwardly hold our guests in the ceremony room for 10-15 minutes waiting for the drinks to arrive. Wedding breakfast service was very slow and uneven, to the point we were wondering if there were maybe issues in the kitchen or perhaps staff did not turn up on the day. The children at our wedding were meant to be served dessert during the main course as discussed during our planning sessions, but instead they served them all the way at the end after the adults' desserts, which created confusion and wasn't as agreed. Staff never proactively came around to our head table throughout the meal and trying to get a hold of someone to discuss issues such as the champagne reception and the childrens meals proved a difficult task. For the evening bar, I discovered halfway through the evening that the barstaff was serving our top-shelf whiskey to guests as shots, which again, we definitely did not give them permission to do. Everything else about our day ran so smoothly, so it was really very disappointing to have our caterers be a source of stress on our day.

We always pride ourselves on our very high standards of service so were of course very saddened to hear we may have in anyway disappointed you.

With regards to co-ordination and timings, there did appear to be some inconsistencies with timings that both us and the venue were given for the duration of the ceremony, which is why we were a little behind with service of your reception drinks, please accept our apologies. During the meal we had staff constantly manning the floor so I’m disappointed to hear you found it...

Just incredible!

A huge thank you to the incredible Jacaranda team for making our wedding so absolutely perfect! From the incredible tasting right through to the endless emails before the wedding where they graciously catered to every weird and wonderful allergy and intolerance that we threw at them – they were just amazing. Hannah was a total dream to work with and we feel very lucky that we got to have her looking after our wedding, she really went out of her way to look after us on the day. The guests have all said how completely incredible the food was, oh and the pizza was just the best, if you’re still deciding on the pizza van…JUST DO IT!
