Jenny the Celebrant is an accredited trained, fully qualified, independent civil celebrant based on the Essex Sunshine Coast in Frinton-on-Sea, Essex. Jenny conducts ceremonies in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, London, Hampshire and North Yorkshire.
