Hello and thank you for reading about me.. let me introduce myself.

I am Mandy Payne and I am a professionally trained, independent celebrant who lives and breathes all things 'Weddings'.

I live in Chesterfield, Derbyshire but I do travel in the course of my work.

I am a total 'people-person' and love nothing more than meeting couples, hearing about their 'love story', about their hopes and wishes for their big day and then translating this into a Ceremony of their dreams.

Yes, it's a job but, that's not why I do it! It might sound cheesy but I just love helping people to create something special and, making people smile!

The ceremony and the words that are spoken in front of invited family and friends mark the absolute beginning of a couple's married life, and I for one am always so proud to be a part of that.

Creating personalised, unique and heartfelt Wedding Ceremonies is my passion and, I'm told I'm quite good at it too!! :)

I work with you from the start, getting to know you both so that I can reflect that in the unique script that I write.

My mission is creating ''Your Ceremony, Your Way' and I'm deeply passionate about it. You have so many options so let's work together to see how I can help to create the Wedding Day of your dreams.

Hello Mandy

Just wanted to thank you so much for the service you performed yesterday for our daughter Jessica and son in law Adie
We hadn’t any experience of celebrants at all and as you know Jess came to you as the registrar was unable to fit them in on yesterdays date. I remember them meeting you for the first time and them feeling at ease with you and then after their final meeting a week or so before the wedding they loved what you had put together for them and after yesterday we can certainly see why.
The service was so personalised to them both, with the best mix of humour but also recognising the importance of what they were undertaking.
We had so many comments from people about the content of the service with many saying it was the best civil service they had been to.
So once again from a very happy mother and father of the bride thank you!
