Hello, welcome to Mary Rose Ceremonies, which is based near Exeter in South Devon. Joyce is a fully trained and qualified independent celebrant who is willing to travel throughout Devon and south Somerset. Although, as a celebrant, she is unable to legally marry couples, she is able to use her skills to create a ceremony that will reflect your love for each other and make your special day one to remember as you enter into an exciting new stage of your lives together.

As an independent celebrant, she can offer religious, semi-religious, or non-religious ceremonies that are traditional, semi-traditional, or modern at the location and venue of your choice. Each ceremony is crafted around your wishes and will be centered on you, your relationship, and your story. It will include your chosen readings, poems, music, or rituals. Joyce, who is a good listener, understanding, warm, friendly, and empathic, is an accredited counselor/psychotherapist and relationship counselor; with years of experience officiating at funerals and other services in a lay capacity, she is clear-headed, calm, adaptable, and flexible.
