Hi, I’m Sheila Duncan, a Wedding Celebrant based in Liverpool, Merseyside. I travel across the Northwest of England to deliver purely unique wedding ceremonies for the increasing number of couples who realise that a celebrant-led ceremony offers them the choice to celebrate their love and commitment in a way that reflects their uniqueness.
