  The most perfect celebrant!

  I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough!
  It’s taken me a month to write this review as I don’t think there are enough words to explain how wonderful Ruth really is.
  I sent an initial email enquiry to Ruth & she called me later that same day, her warm personality shone through instantly and I just knew she was the celebrant I had been searching for. We booked a video call to include my partner and the three of us chatted like old friends, she put us at ease, there was lots of laughter & Ruth answered all of our questions, as soon as we were off the call we made the decision to book Ruth straight away.

  I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough!
  It’s taken me a month to write this review as I don’t think there are enough words to explain how wonderful Ruth really is.
  I sent an initial email enquiry to Ruth & she called me later that same day, her warm personality shone through instantly and I just knew she was the celebrant I had been searching for. We booked a video call to include my partner and the three of us chatted like old friends, she put us at ease, there was lots of laughter & Ruth answered all of our questions, as soon as we were off the call we made the decision to book Ruth straight away.
  We had follow up calls with Ruth and met her in person - I was worried it would feel a bit like an interview process for Ruth to get the information she needed but it was so relaxed.
  
  Ruth met us at our venue prior to our big day and liaised with other suppliers to really help take the pressure from us and settle our nerves.
  
  From our phone calls, meetings and couples questionnaire Ruth was able to draft the most perfect ceremony script, so perfect that we hardly changed a thing from the first draft and even decided there was no need for personal vows as Ruth had captured our story so beautifully. Even the smallest of details were included, some of which we hadn’t realised we had even shared until we read through our draft script.
  
  On the big day itself Ruth came to meet with myself and my bridesmaids, she talked us through the ceremony and answered nervous questions from the bridal crew with such a calming manner they were instantly put at ease.
  
  As I stood, ready to walk down the aisle I saw Ruth standing at the end of the aisle in a stunning royal blue suit, Ruth had worn this as a nod to my late mother knowing this was her favourite colour, something I had mentioned in passing - this is a true testament to the level of care & detail Ruth puts into each ceremony.
  
  Ruth delivered our final script with the perfect amount of love & laughter, she made our guests feel she had known us years, we cannot thank her enough for the truly wonderful experience she gave us.

  Cobis wedding featuring Stuart

  Ruth was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our beautiful day was made even more special with all of Ruths personal touches and attention to detail. She included each guest there and was wonderful with the young ones doing their special tasks. We will be forever grateful to her and will never regret walking into her room at Martels.   Setting the tone

  Ruth met us throughout the year gathering our story on our wedding day she made everyone calm and confident setting the tone for the day
  Her professional approach and eye for detail was amazing 1st impressions last and she did not disappoint truly amazing

  She is the very best!

  Ruth is amazing! We knew the minute we spoke with her that she was the best energy and would be the best person to deliver our ceremony. She had the perfect blend of using our ideas and injecting her personality into the script and we loved every minute of the planning with her. On the day she was very calm and made everyone around her feel the same, she ensured everyone who was a part of the ceremony also knew exactly what they were doing and when. I can’t recommend Ruth enough!

Ruth made everything feel real and helped in so many ways to bring everything together. Ruth really spent time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple. Ruth eased any nerves and made our wedding fun and personable. Ruth's personality is infectious and was a highlight for our wedding guests.

  The best celebrant there is!

  Choosing the celebrant to conduct our wedding was probably the biggest planning decision we had to make. We spoke to three different celebrants, but when we spoke to Ruth we knew instantly she was 'our person'. She was incredibly friendly and made us both feel very comfortable. Ruth took the time to schedule meetings, making sure she could understand exactly what we wanted and to get to know us so that our ceremony was personal to us. This even included a venue visit which made us both feel reassured and more confident for the day. So much so that we decided it wasn't necessary to write our own personal vows. We could relax and let Ruth tell our story and she did so with the perfect amount of emotion and laughter throughout. Ruth was reassuring and calming on the day and settled our pre ceremony nerves. I would highly recommend having a celebrant-led wedding and choosing Ruth to conduct it to any couple getting married. She made our day so so perfect. Our guests absolutely loved her too, it was lovely to have so many compliments on our ceremony. Thank you so much Ruth!

  Hands down the best wedding decision we made

  Wow, where to begin?! I need to start by saying Ruth is incredible at her job and if you don’t want to read a very lengthy review, to summarise: you should absolutely book her for your ceremony.
  
  Myself & Zac chose a venue that required quite a lot of planning. We are also both very disorganised and for lack of a better word, lazy. Hiring Ruth is like a 2-in-1 celebrant and wedding planner. As soon as we spoke to her, we instantly felt at ease, like we’d known her for years. The script she wrote for us was the perfect mix of personal, funny, wise, and summed us up to a tee. It’s rare to meet someone who is so passionate about their job, but Ruth really does put everything into her work and clearly loves what she does.
  
  I could go on and on about how amazing she is, but genuinely, booking Ruth was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and she will always hold a place in our hearts. Thank you, Ruth.
  
  I must also add, Ruth was also incredibly kind and patient when we were over an hour late to the venue for our initial meeting as my now husband directed us to a venue the other side of the county!

  Wow, wow, wow. Ruth is one of the most nicest people we have ever met. From our very first contact, we absolutely loved Ruth and everything she stood for. We are so happy we decided to go with a celebrant and even happier that it was Ruth. We just clicked so well and felt so natural and comfortable. She made us both feel so welcome and all the help and support she gave us before the day was outstanding. As for the day, it was more than we could have ever dreamed of. Right from the initial phone call we knew Ruth was our lady, with her energy, enthusiasm, understanding, and wish to meet our needs. She had great ideas, holding our hand every step of the way in thinking what we might like in the ceremony, and wrote a beautiful bespoke wedding ceremony script which was really personal to us, but also was really engaging with all the guests. We had many comments afterwards from people saying it was the best wedding ceremony they had ever been to, and as a couple in our late 40's, our friends and us have been to many. Thank you Ruth for making it so special!
