Utterly brilliant celebrant!

The now Mrs Williams and I are so glad we found Paul (Blackett) because he is a simply awesome Humanist Celebrant. His good humour, patience and guidance from the outset was hugely appreciated. We had a number of virtual meetings and a face to face meeting as well, plus the WhatsApp group Paul set up for the three of us was invaluable. Paul spent a lot of time getting to know us so that he could make our ceremony very personal and individualised. Paul provided a draft of the ceremony text well in advance of our big day, and he was only too pleased to incorporate our minor tweaks (and only minor ones were required!).
On the day, Paul stepped up a gear again and was awesome, calming the nerves of the groom and the bride and the delivery at the ceremony was about as brilliant as it's possible to be. Where humour was required, there was humour; where a more serious note was required, it was there; and where instructions to the bride and groom were required (because we were very caught up in the moment!) they were clear.
All in all, we really couldn't be happier with all that Paul did for us and to say we would thoroughly recommended his services would be one hell of understatement - he's brilliant!

We can highly recommend Paul. He’s professional and friendly and guided us all the way. He was extremely quick at returning answers to our queries. He was open to our ideas to make sure we had a bespoke Wedding and helped us with the wording to make it sound great. He ensured the day ran smoothly and perfectly for us. We wanted a light hearted fun wedding and he helped us achieve that. We appreciated his mixture of humour and sincerity. All our guests loved him

How could you not....

Paul. You are truly born for this role. When we first met you over zoom in early 2023, we were immediately put as ease hearing your love and compassion for what you do. And my word, the time and energy you put into I'm sure each and every couple you meet is truly wonderful. Your speech was absolutely beautiful and your help in preparing our vows and readings was just the icing on the cake. We really could not have done our day without there, you really brought the love and joy to our ceremony, and it was truly a pleasure getting to know you the last few months. We couldn't recommend you enough!

Couldn't ask for anyone better for our special day!

From the very beginning Paul was fantastic, our first video call, Paul put us both at ease and we really enjoyed sharing our story to Paul and getting to know him!
Paul was great throughout and was always there to support (helping us with vows and anything else we needed). He 100% made our ceremony and all of our guests had nothing but good words to say about him. He made the ceremony intimate but funny - just what we wanted.

We first read about Paul and were impressed by the reviews and so decided to make contact. From the outset, Paul was responsive to our needs, went through our story and then came up with the narrative. We spoke further about it, Paul was only too ready to make any changes we asked (which were very few and minor), again ran the draft emendations by us. On the day, Paul was immense. I had no best man, I didn’t need one. I had Paul. Highly recommend Paul. Made our day a great day.

What a wonderful experience!

Paul did a fantastic job with our wedding ceremony! He worked with us to create our personalised wedding script, really tailored to us, reflecting our story, and what we wanted from our day. Our family and friends all commented on what a lovely ceremony it was.
The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and professional and Paul really put us at ease.
