Connie created the most beautiful, personal, and heartfelt ceremony for us!

We recently had Connie (Wit & Wonder Ceremonies) conduct our wedding ceremony at five four studios in Salford. From start to finish of the whole process of Connie gathering our details/getting to know us was so much fun and the ceremony was a completely tailored to how we liked.

Connie created a ceremony that was funny, sweet and emotional all in one. Connie had our guests all warmed up and whooping before I walked down the aisle and then took us on a trip down memory lane reminiscing on our relationship, she made it such a relaxed and joyous environment. We had so many of our guests coming up to us throughout the day saying how much they loved it and how different it was to anything they had witnessed at a wedding.

We were so thrilled with our day and Connie is so lovely and easy to get on with. Five stars all round!

We cannot speak highly enough of Connie! My partner initially wasn't sold on the idea of a celebrant but after 5 minutes of meeting Connie at a wedding fayre he came around! One of the most personable, warmest and funniest people you will ever meet which is exactly what you want in someone telling your story. She made the whole process from start to finish a super fun and relaxed one and always checked in to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. She wrote us an absolutely beautiful ceremony filled with laughter, emotion and energy and further than that, was the first to fix my maid of honour's hair or even offer to lend us a backdrop for the ceremony itself! Our guests all loved her and the ceremony she gave and we couldn't have been happier she was free for our date. Initially, we were only looking to find a celebrant for our ceremony, but with Connie, we found so much more! We were incredibly grateful as Connie not only provided invaluable advice along the way, wrote and delivered an incredible ceremony, and helped the day run smoothly but also showed who we are as a couple in a fun and unique way.

Connie was an iconic part of our wedding day. She fully lived up to her billing, writing witty and wonderful words to provide a beautiful look back through our lives together. All our guests loved her ceremony, which set up the fun and happiness for the rest of our day perfectly.

In the months beforehand, we had trips to the pub, alongside Zoom calls and WhatsApp messages, where Connie gave us so many great ideas about what our ceremony could be like. She added added a huge amount of fun and magic to the build up and planning stages, to make us forget about other elements that were becoming stressful. She even joined us for an evening of Disco Bingo at our chosen venue, to help get an idea of who we were as a couple and what the feel of the big day should be.

We honestly cannot recommend Connie enough to other couples. She is immensely thoughtful, a very talented writer and an extremely confident and assured presence, who will immediately put you at ease when you stand up in front of your guests. On top of everything else she was a great friend throughout, and booking her was easily one of the best decisions we made. 10/10!

I wish we had more space to say how much we enjoyed working with Connie! From start to finish, she made the whole process easy and was such a great support when we had a few (outsider) hiccups along the way. From reassurance on WhatsApp to video calls that made us remember why we were getting married in the first place - she was a dream!

What can we say about the ceremony, it was perfect! Connie really got to know and understand us a couple and made everything so personal and special. Our guests loved it, we loved it, and everyone cried happy tears after listening to her beautiful words. Thank you!

WOW! What can we say! Connie was just PERFECT for our wedding ceremony - she had exactly the vibe we were looking for - someone a little bit unique, open, funny and a master with words to complement our own unique ways and pull off the ceremony we wanted with wit and wonder! All of our guests have said how brilliant the ceremony was and completely different to anything they’d seen before. So HUGE thanks to Connie for suggesting we write our own vows and for embracing our 32 ribbon handfasting and our jump the broom finale! You were the perfect choice and we can’t recommend you highly enough!

Booking Connie for our wedding was the best thing we did. From meeting her for the first time to having a dance with her in the evening, we felt so at ease with her. The effort she goes to of getting to know couples really shows in her writing. We loved sharing our story with her. She managed to capture our relationship perfectly. We took her advice and wrote our own vows which I highly recommend. Every single one of our guests have commented on how great she was and how personable our wedding was. She is an incredibly warm person who brought the exact vibe we wanted to the day. She is the perfect balance of professional and fun! We also really appreciated her attention to detail and cool head on the day.

Connie did an incredible job at our wedding as Celebrant and MC! She took a lot of time beforehand to get to know us properly as a couple, which made the ceremony story so special, and we had so many comments from guests about how amazing the ceremony was. On top of that, she went above and beyond to make the rest of the day so smooth. We can't recommend her highly enough! We feel so privileged that she got to be a part of our day.

A year after our wedding and I still cannot put into words just how incredible Connie is.

We opted for a celebrant-led wedding so that our day would be as personal as possible and feel like 'us'. Wit & Wonder Ceremonies was the perfect choice for this. Connie could not have captured us as people (individually and as a couple) more beautifully. The whole ceremony was full of emotion. We've had so many compliments of it being the best ceremony our guests had been to - all thanks to Connie. Her efforts, her talent and her guidance.

The process was a lot of fun too. After being together for 12 years, it was lovely to sit and answer the questionnaires thinking over our relationship to a carefully curated wedding planning playlist.

Connie is far more than a celebrant though. She is a font of all wedding knowledge, she is MC and wedding planning extraordinaire, she is an amazingly talented writer and speaker. She was able to embrace and include our quirky requests and somehow managed to get our vows aligned despite our very different approaches to writing them.

We first met Connie at a wedding fair in Manchester and we knew instantly that we wanted her as our celebrant. Her welcoming and personal approach made the process easy!. She made sure the whole day was incredibly special. From start to finish, from first meeting us personally and creating our personalised speech to delivering the most emotional and thoughtful service, she ensured to provide us with a unique experience that we would recommend to anyone. Connie was brilliant from start to finish. She took a genuine interest in hearing all about our relationship and we felt so comfortable sharing our personal stories with her. She brought so much energy to every meeting we had with her and gave us great advice when we needed it to help us make decisions about the format of our ceremony. We opted not to read our ceremony in advance of our wedding which made it even more exciting and special to hear it first hand. So many of our guests commented that Connie spoke as though she had known us both for years, and the way she brought our relationship journey to life brought all of our guests to tears and laughter.
