Claire and 1st Class Events are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble, the range of products was more than enough (in fact spoilt for choice). We sent a photo of our thoughts and Claire made it happen. Claire was always available and reassuring, even 10.00pm the night before when we had forgotten something.
The service was impeccable and Claire and her team were so friendly and helpful we felt like we'd known them for years.
Claire and First Events were a big part in making my daughters wedding a day to remember and I will definitely be reccommending 1st Class events any opportunity I get.

Claire came highly reccomend through friends and clients who had first hand experience of her amazing work. We had one to one meetings with Claire where she listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us to achieve our vision. She gave us lots of options and flexibility and ultimately helped us decide what we needed for our wedding reception. I was blown away by how it looked on the day, as we're all our guests.

From the first meeting I had with Claire to the last meeting the communication was amazing. Nothing was too big an ask and everything was handled seamlessly. Even a few days before the wedding when it was due to rain Claire was offering umbrellas. We changed our minds several times but this didn’t phase Claire. Her and the team were so flexible and understanding our day turnt out amazing. We had soo many compliments for our guests we couldn’t have picked a better company.

We absolutely recommend Claire and her team, we used Claire for our wedding in August 2024. Everything was just perfect from start to finish, no ask was too big/small and the communication was just incredible from start to finish. Our venue looked absolutely stunning and she made sure we could have the wedding we dreamed of. We are super grateful and wouldn’t use anyone else for future events!

We met Claire at the hotels wedding open evening and so pleased we did. Claire had the tables laid out with various set up, colours, sashes, table center pieces and there was so much choice. Claire also emailed me with lots of pictures and we met up to discuss what type of things we were looking for. I made a few changes before our wedding day, and added the crisp wall that went down really well with our guests. Claire recommended the aisle runner and I am so pleased that we took her advice as it looked stunning on the day along with the candles and petals. The center pieces looked stunning and I am so pleased we also had the LED floor, again lots more compliments from the guests about that. Even on the morning of the wedding Claire had bought some other sashes for the chairs as the color I had originally chosen looked too light - so Claire stepped in and changed them. Overall I had a great experience with Claire and she was quite prompt at coming back to me with any queries that I had. So pleased I used 1st Class Event Specialist for our special day

Claire at 1st Class made our whole wedding experience so easy! We fell in love with Claire instantly, so kind, warm and helpful. We definitely had a journey to get us to our wedding day with a venue change! But everything was so easy to switch over and Claire helped us every step of the way!

Claire was amazing, no question was left unanswered. She was in constant communication about the different options for decor, sent over photos of previous events and decor, even whilst in the midst of wedding season and on holiday! All of the decor looked stunning and she brought my vision to life. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone.

From the very beginning, Claire was so kind and accommodating! We contacted her quite late in our wedding planning but she still managed to meet all our expectations and more, all while helping us stick to our budget. No ask was too big or too small, she was very flexible when we asked to add a few more things not too long before the wedding and she always responded so promptly. Claire was lovely to work with during the wedding planning process. She was very responsive and helpful and did a great job in making our wedding day even more magical by decking out the venue in fairylights and providing a great array of lawn games to keep guests occupied in the evening. It’s really hard to put into words how grateful I am to Claire and her team. They really work magic to bring an empty space to life for a wedding. I cried when I walked into our wedding breakfast! Claire is just fab to work with as well - she’ll be the first to tell you I’m a fan of a spreadsheet and she matched my energy and sent voice notes and photos to help us work out the perfect options for our dream wedding. I would wholeheartedly recommend Claire for any couple who are looking for someone to add some decor to their wedding space.

Originally I planned to DIY the majority of my wedding, and I did! But we knew there were some things I couldn't do alone, and so we first booked a few larger decorative bits through 1st Class. As time went by however, and the stress started getting to me, I found myself reaching out to them more and more for various things, from postboxes to blossom trees. And each time they were incredibly helpful and accomodating!
Finally we hired them to set everything up for us on the day, so it would be one less thing to worry about, and they did a wonderful job! It was amazing seeing everytime come together exactly as I'd imagined.
So thank you, for putting up with this fickle, stressed out bride and helping to make our day beautiful!
