For further convenience, all chosen products can be delivered to your venue and professionally set up however you see fit. To see the items in person before renting them, you are welcome to come to the showroom which houses all available products.

How far in advance should I contact you?

On average couples book us 12+ months in advance. However for those that are having a last minute wedding or someone has let you down we will try our best to help you out. Ideally we request 6 months

Do you offer an online list of weddings?

No

What areas do you cover?

The whole of the northeast. This includes Newcastle, Durham, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and tees Valley

How do you work?

From the initial enquiry, info and ideas are shared. Couples are then encouraged to come and visit our showroom where the team will create different setups which meets the couples expectations

Operating hours:

24 hours Our showroom is open Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm and Saturday 9am - 11am

What are the forms of payment?

Payments are made via BACs or cash. Any payments made will receive a receipt within 24hours

Just lovely!

We used A Beautiful Occasion to dress our room for our wedding. It was a very small simple wedding so we just wanted some nice but simple table dressings, chair sashes and a few bits of decoration on the windowsills (lanterns etc). Although it was a small job the team were still happy to help and very welcoming with plenty of ideas. Communication was easy by email, WhatsApp or phone. Set up was as we asked and it was one less job for us to think about. It looked lovely (my photos don't do it justice) and we appreciate the job well done.

Taylor wedding

I used this company for our special wedding day on 24/06/23.

They made our rooms look absolutely phenomenal, even better than we ever imagined.

They were flexible with any last min changes and very responsive.

Our wedding 4th March 2023

A beautiful occasion were excellent. They tailored the setting to what I wanted for the wedding. The outcome / design was fantastic, to a high standard and looked great. They got the feel and ambiance spot on. The staff were so helpful, I felt involved in the process from start to finish. I would highly reccomend this company. Cannot thank them all enough for alk there support on our wedding day 04.03.2023

Wedding day decor

Absolutely fantastic work by A Beautiful Occasion, we were blown away with how spectacular the girls made our venue look! We were invited into the studio for a consultation in which our budget was respected and worked with, nothing was too much. The girls ensured our venue was nothing less than perfect so a HUGE thank you, we would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing service!

Absolutely amazing service. Very responsive and super helpful for all my requests. They decorated my wedding ceremony room just beautifully and helpfully managed to minimise the green of the room! Would highly recommend.

Brilliant company!!!

We couldn't of chose better people to dress our rooms for our wedding. Right from the first meet we new we has chose the right company. They are lovely people and quick to respond to any questions and showed so much passion in there work. They really care about making everything look perfect for you and you can see how dedicated they are which I think is exactly what you need. They even made new decor to match our theme and put so much work and effort into our special day. Everything looked beautifull and we really can't thank them enough. We would highly recommend these to anyone if you want people that you can trust to make your special day look amazing!
